- I present to you the first episode of Season 5! This story is based off of the wooden railway set with Ivo Hugh and the Zoo Cars. I've wanted to put that idea to use for quite a while and finally got around to doing so.
Note: This video is intended for adult fans for nostalgic purposes. Although children can watch this, they are not the intended audience.

I'll admit, I thought that the baby hippo coming close to Ivo Hugh was just adorable, I really like Hippos!
I love the new intro. It's funny how Henry is like "hey don't steal my spotlight" to James.
What a clever idea! I don’t think anyone’s made a story about that old wooden set. The hippo on be loose led to some fun hijinks.

Lovely episode seems Sir Topham Hatt was enjoying a lovely picnic supper of fish and chips but the seagull decided to steal the chips for himself lol loved the moral in the story imagine Gordon and Henry meeting Tom that would be funny LOL

Maybe one of these:
- Toad singing in the background: need I say more?
- Duck having to deal with ducks on the line: oldest joke in the book.
- Duncan watching George Carlin: I have seen countless stories on this subject. It would be nice to see it maybe come up.
- Americanism: What this means is a joke about how, idk, britishmen are more civilized than "Yanks" or something like that. (Note: this must be followed by one of sodor's resident Americans passing by, saying "ahem!" Or "I heard that!")

Seagull part was cool
Another great episode to kick off the Season. I loved the part where that seagull stole Sir Topham Hatt's bag of chips and he chases after it.
The brand of chips is Walkers l, probably a nod to Lay's.
Very nice way to kick off season 5 man. I’ve had a pretty busy and stressful time lately, and this was such a treat!

This is a great start of the season! I love it, and I believe this is Ivo Hugh’s first appearance in the series.
Not quite he's had a few minor roles here and there. (remember he wanted a "broiled frankfurter with chips" in Steaming Sausage?). I just didn't know what to do with him until I now.

I admit this may very well be the first instance that the Ivo Hugh TWR set was ever adapted or depicted in any fan story. I actually am happy now because that was one of the many old WR toys my old friend had that I envied over..

Fat Controllers are a gluttonous type of creature with the capability to run railways that have accidents nearly every week. In this episode we will get to see one of these obese railway tycoons briefly encounter it's worst enemy in his fight for food: the Seagull!

great way to start off but one thing i dislike is the size of the narrow gauge coaches there so huge but besides that great episode
It's because the Ivo Hugh model was scaled for 2'6" gauge track, not the 3'6" gauge track used for the other Skarloey Railway models in this episode. It's all relative.
