Hi Iris, for the sleep paralysis issue, when it happens, focus your energy in moving your pinky finger in your toes, comes in handy when breaking that paralysis.
Fab video, I watch on big screen so dont always get to comment. I dont really use primer as i find it a gimmick. Its better to spend on skincare and oh my daze elemis is the best cleanser out there. I definitely swear by that. Let us know how you get on with the primer as it depends what type of skin you have. Need to watch the post office scandal didnt really know what that was about. Thanks so much. I’ve only used the primer a few times. So far ok, but it appears to leave a residue and then when I apply foundation I get little white bits all over my face. I’m probably doing it wrong 😂😂

@@irisbudgets try using your foundation without the primer. I have never got on with primers and find that good skincare is better 🩷
