You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned that they have mastered the blending of different styles and genres/sub-genres in one song, and this applies to a lot of their tracks.
@Joe Internut Lovebites have mastered this blending of different styles/genres before Nemophila formed as a band (2019). If you haven't already done so, have a listen to their first album, Awakening from Abyss (October 2017), and their second album, Clockwork Immortality (December 2018), and you will know what I mean. Don't get me wrong, I really like Nemophila too and I think they have a pretty distinct sound.
@Joe Internut NEMOPHILA was not yet born when LOVEBITES received the prestigious GOLDEN GODS Award from Metal Hammer ( London, UK )and performed at the world's largest heavy music rock festival, Wacken Open Air, becoming the first all-female band from Japan ( in the 29 years of the festival's existence ,in 2018 ),etc., etc., etc.🤗 And taking into account the fact that NEMOPHILA has 30+ covers of songs by famous bands (more than half of the songs recorded by the band), then the statement that they "perhaps they're reading the NEMOPHILA manual"🙃 - causes laughter. 😂Excuse me. P.S. Nothing personal . I respect NEMOPHILA just like any other band. Even if I'm not a fan of this band's music.
Lovebites is much heavier and chunkier than Dragonfoce and Nightwish. I don't think Asami's got influences from Rob Halford. She was singing like that before she met heavy metal. But they play Painkiller cover which is insanely phenomenal and the best cover of all. Check out how Asami nails it, and how all they play. ruclips.net/video/QQu9PQmmHKI/видео.html
They are based on European Heavy Metal bands, founder of Lovebites, former bassist Miho was a big fan of Iron Maiden and the other founder drummer Haruna is a big fan of Power Metal band Helloween. Guitarists Midori and Miyako are one of the best guitar duo's in Metal Music today! 🤘
Thanks for the reaction! LOVEBITES are the GODDESSES of heavy metal ! In 2018 , LOVEBITES won the prestigious Metal Hammer GOLDEN GODS Award for "Best New Band" (London,UK). The winners of the GOLDEN GODS Award in different years and in various categories were such famous bands and musicians, such as: BLACK SABBATH, IRON MAIDEN, MOTöRHEAD, JUDAS PRIEST, TWISTED SISTER, OZZY OSBOURNE, LEMMY KILMISTER, ZAKK WYLDE, NIKKI SIXX, JOE PERRY, ANTHRAX, SLAYER, TESTAMENT, SAXON, NIGHTWISH, TRIVIUM, RAMMSTEIN, SABATON, CHILDREN OF BODOM, ARCH ENEMY, MACHINE HEAD (and this is not a complete list). LOVEBITES is a Japanese all-female heavy metal band, formed in 2016 by former Japanese heavy metal band DESTROSE members Miho( bass, backing vocals) and Haruna(drums). The band has successfully performed at various major international rock-festivals many times .In the spring of 2018, LOVEBITES performed on the Japanese leg of the Warped Tour. In August 2018, they performed at Wacken Open Air (Germany), becoming the first Japanese all-female rock band to perform at the festival. Also in August 2018 they performed on the main stage of Bloodstock Open Air (UK). In 2019, LOVEBITES performed at the Download Festival in Donington (UK) and Download Festival in Madrid (Spain). Their performance in Donington was named by the festival organizers and Metal Hammer magazine as one of the highlights of the festival! In the same year they performed at the Graspop Metal Meeting (Belgium) and the Summer Sonic Festival (Japan). Unfortunately, the Covid pandemic that began in 2020 prevents LOVEBITES from performing at festivals and forced a drastic reduction of concerts. LOVEBITES is a phenomenal band, all the ladies are talented musicians! They have recorded about 60 original songs and all the songs are very good ! 🐺Miho - bass, backing vocals (in August 2021 she left the band). 🐺Haruna - drums. 🐺Midori - guitars, backing vocals. 🐺Miyako (Mi-Ya)- guitars, piano, keyboards, backing vocals. 🐺Asami - lead vocals, piano. 🐺Fami - bass, backing vocals(since October 2022). 🐺Miho has been playing the piano since the age of 5. She started playing the bass guitar at school. Great bass player! The fact that such a wonderful band appeared is, first of all, the merit of Miho. She came up with the idea of starting a band and what kind of music the band would play. It's a mix of power metal and "old school" heavy metal (New Wave of British Heavy Metal). Miho brought these talented ladies together in LOVEBITES. 🐺Haruna has played drums since she was thirteen years old, she also plays keyboards. Haruna is the smallest (4 '9 ") , but appearances are deceiving. When Haruna sits down at the drums, this is the "little BIG Engine." She is one of the best drummers in Japan. 🐺Midori (blond hair) has been playing the piano since she was two years old and the electric organ since she was eight. She started studying guitar at the age of 20. Super guitarist, "Crazy Shredder". She surpasses many male guitarists in speed and technique of playing the guitar. Graduated from ESP / MI JAPAN ( Osaka ) , GIT-DX department (superfast guitar department). ESP / MI JAPAN is an International Music Institute , headquartered in Hollywood, California, USA. 🐺Miyako (black hair) has been playing the piano since the age of three, received a classical education (piano) and wanted to pursue a career as a pianist. She has been playing the guitar since the age of 18. Super guitarist! They call her "The Golden Touch" and she is a real musical genius. Miyako is the main composer of the band, she wrote 50% of the music. * In terms of teamwork , synchronization / harmonization of guitars , Midori and Miyako today are perhaps the best pair of guitarists in the world playing metal. One music critic said that two guitarists of this level (Midori and Miyako) in the same band is a crime!😊 🐺Asami started with R&B and soul music . She studied classical ballet for about 16 years (this is noticeable in her movements on stage, especially the movements of her hands). Started ballet lessons at the age of two. After leaving school, Asami lived for some time in the US, where she came to study jazz and hip hop dance. Plays the piano. Asami wrote most of the lyrics of the band's songs. 🐺Fami is 20 years old, plays bass, keyboards, guitar, writes songs, sings. She has already released her solo album, which she dedicated to graduating from school. Despite his youth, Fami has experience of collaboration with famous musicians.. All songs LOVEBITES are written in English. Unlike other metal bands, LOVEBITES are always on stage in white dresses . White dresses are their style. The Wolf is the mascot of LOVEBITES and is featured on all band's albums except the first EP "The Lovebites". The band's fans call themselves the 🐺Wolfpack🐺

Lovebites, over the past year, has become my new favorite band. I've been enjoying their entire catalog, and each song feels like its own thrill ride and I'm inside the most metal theme park in the universe. BADASS!!!
This band has a slew of sounds and influences running through them.. from Van Halen to Helloween, Motorhead and Priest to Slayer.. all encased in a Lovebites wrapper. A sheer delight.
I appreciate that thank you Yeah I used to say the same thing as a viewer and then as a reactor I changed my mind but I understand Thank you so much Thanks for watching!!

Welcome. Thanks for responding to LOVEBITES. Please continue to support LOVEBITES. 【From an interview with Asami(Vo) and Fami(Ba) for a magazine project in Japan】 When Covid19 subsided and the audience was able to speak up, Asami thought it would be nice to have a song that everyone could sing, both on stage and in the audience. Asami wanted to use the sound of "river" in the lyrics, but thought it would be strange to use "river" as the chorus. Asami found "deliver" and thought it would be cool if everyone shouted it out instead of just telling what the word means. For many Japanese, pronouncing and hearing the English "r" and "l" is difficult. From there, Asami arrived at "stand and deliver. "Stand and deliver" is a pirate term that apparently means "Leave all your money!" Asami thought that if he wrote the lyrics as they were, it would be a song about a "pirate king. Asami wanted to avoid that. Asami learned that "deliver" can also mean "to carry out" or "to be free" in addition to "to deliver. Asami uses "Stand and deliver" with the following interpretation and meaning. Stand up and be free! Rise up and be free! Arise and be free! Let's get up and be free! From there, Asami put the following thoughts into the lyrics. Nothing satisfies me. It's boring to be like this every day! Let's go more bouncy! Let's be bold and do something different! Let's break out of our shell! P.S. The mic stand setting that Miyako(G-Piano-Black hair) used was too high for Asami(Vo). Asami is very cute. I recommend listening to the album title track "LOVEBITES / Judgement Day [MUSIC VIDEO]". Asami(Vo) Miyako(G - Key and Piano Black hair) Midori(G) Haruna(Dr) Miho(Ba) First bassist Fami(Ba) New bassist Bassist from "Judgement Day" Basist of this song.
What a fresh Reaction, i love it. You definitly got Music in your Heart. Well go back to the older stuff or take something from there new Album, no Video but absolutly smashing you out of your seat. for Example, "Soldier stands Solitairi". Hope to hear soon something new from you.

@@tre07reactions Miyako live starts off on Piano playing Chopin and switches to Guitar on Swan Song with Chopin Piano Intro ruclips.net/video/WBhtqgiXEA4/видео.html
Lovebites have mastered the blending of distinct sub-genres. Power Metal with Classical Music (Swan Song with Chopin Intro), Black Metal with Power Metal (Dissonance) , Thrash with Power Metal (Holy War) , Power Metal with classical guitar and piano (Frozen Serenade), Thrash with Blues (Break the Wall).
To give you a run down of Lovebite influences, the group has talked about their love for bands like Rage, Helloween, Pantera, Anthrax, Megadeth, Mötley Crüe, Yngwie Malmsteen as well as R&B singers such as Aretha Franklin. I also hear Iron Maiden, Dragonforce, Judas Priest in there. Miyako also has a major classical music background. Background of Lovebites members Asami - Singer, Lead Vocals - Birthplace: Japan - Birthday: July 10 Asami comes from a R&B and soul music background and likes artists such as Alicia Keys and Aretha Franklin. Starting at the age of two, she performed classical ballet for about 16 years before moving to America after high school to study jazz and hip-hop dance. She later found her path to becoming a singer when she came back to Japan and started as a touring back-up vocalist for Japanese top artists such as VAMPS and UVERworld, and has been support chorus for other artists. Miyako - Guitar, Piano, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Osaka, Japan - Birthday: April 5 Miyako has played classical piano since she was three and guitar since high school. Having grown up listening to classic rock bands like Deep Purple and Rainbow with her mother, Miyako ended up being very influenced by Ritchie Blackmore. But she has also been influenced by more modern guitarists, such as Timothy Henson and Scott LePage from Polyphia. It was Disarmonia Mundi’s Ettore Rigotti who inspired Miyako to start composing and arranging songs. Midori - Guitar, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Japan - Birthday May 28 Midori started to learn piano at around two years of age and electric organ at eight, but gave up both upon entering university and started to learn guitar at 20. She is a graduate of Musicians Institute Japan in Osaka, and listed Kiko Loureiro, Nuno Bettencourt and Yngwie Malmsteen as her biggest guitar influences. Generally speaking, Midori said that she plays the “flashy and aggressive” guitar solos in the band, while Miyako plays the “slower, more melodic” ones. Haruna - Drums, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Shizuoka, Japan - Birthday: December 30 Haruna has played drums since she was thirteen years old, and began writing songs on a keyboard at fourteen. From elementary school up to high school her favorite band was B’z, but she became interested in heavy metal after hearing Helloween’s Master of the Rings. As a result, she stated her basic drumming style is that of Uli Kusch. She met Miho and play drums in Destrose, another all-female metal band that disbanded in 2015. Fami - Bass In October 2022 Fami has been announced as the new addition to the Lovebites lineup. The band have released a video for Bravehearted, featuring Fami. Fami is a 20-year-old bass player from Japan who has experience performing live and working with many artists since her teenage years. She has also produced a solo album, writing all the music and lyrics, and is experienced in expressing herself as an artist. Her RUclips channel boasts around 650k subscribers and over 58 million views, which she started making content for while she was still in high school. Miho (Former Bassist) Bass, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Shizuoka, Japan - Birthday: July 22 Lovebites was formed in Tokyo in 2016 by bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. The two met while members of Destrose, another all-female metal band that disbanded in 2015. Miho has been strongly into hard rock and heavy metal since junior high, and started playing bass in high school. Her favorite bands are Iron Maiden, Pantera, Mötley Crüe and Anthrax. She referred to her playing as more showmanship than technical, and cited Steve Harris as a particular influence alongside the style of Nikki Sixx.
@Metal Mark 12, Quoting you, "Fami ... who has experience performing live and working with many artists since her teenage years." This is wholly inaccurate. Please correct your 'copy/paste' info, which I appreciate when an accurate account. Fami never was in a band previously, nor performed live with audience. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I find it even more impressive that she has managed to 'rise to the occasion' with the extreme demands of performing LOVEBITES complex music LIVE with audience. Read her 'tweets' to find her affirming her LACK of previous band and LIVE performance experience, until joining LOVEBITES & performing on March 11 & 12 2023.
@@metalmark1214 I found your source & understand why you are posting this, nevertheless, it contradicts Fami's own public posts and there is no 'evidence' I have seen to affirm these claims. Her only LIVE video is in a darkened venue with no audience. It seems odd to me that she has accomplished what is claimed yet zero videos except that band "Alien, Alien" performance. I will not 'bother' you again about it, but I would also be interested in any audio, video or even photo evidence to support those claims that contradict her own tweets. And, yes, I will suggest to LOVEBITES management to provide links to affirming information or correct the information on that page. [done on IG & twit]
@@dregeye I suspect it depends on the context and what they mean by "LIVE". You are right, I can't find anything online about Fami performing in front of a "large" audience prior to the 2 recent concerts.
Their sound is more European (explicitly so) than American. They are influenced by Iron Maiden (UK), Judas Priest (UK), Helloween (Germany) and European power metal in general. Their only American influence is thrash, although this song here is influenced by Motörhead (UK).
Yeah thank you You're right maybe Nemophila is more american-based metal but you're right Made me priest a Germany I get it Thank you appreciate the comment and thanks for watching!!
This band has already put metallica in the shade of which I am glad to see!! A lot of British metal influenced this band. Back in the day (80's) american metal did not exist ( it was poncy ie Ratt, bon jovi, cinderella, britny fox, diving for pearls, I could on and on until metallica came along. Btw Dream theater has one guitarist and one bassist, I am a stickler for detail 😉. Keep up the good work 😎🤟
Oh yeah you're right I've gotten a few corrections on that Yeah there wasn't any American metal Judas Priest and iron maiden they were from the UK I mean Def Leppard was from the UK as well but they were American hair rock and roll So yeah but I got all those influences in my background so this is great and refreshing to see these bands just killing it and I appreciate you guys and all the comments and views and suggestions and subscribers Thank you so much thanks for watching!!!
@Tre07 Reactions Def Leppard were the exception to the rule but they did play AOR better 😉. As for the hair, I agree with you. You are aware he has been chastised for it, Joe I mean 🤣
Hey Tre.. You have got here at last.. You have now done my big three.. Lovebites, Nemophgila and Band maid.. Well over 150 songs between them.. No turning back now dude.. Enjoy the ride.. This is one of Lovebites latest songs, there are so many more for you to check out.. Pick anything from them.. They are all steller.. Best wishes from France..
Add Nightwish and the Warning to the list, that‘s my top 5. I‘m not able to bring them in an order. And don‘t want to. But since judgement day album came out, i listen the most to LOVEBITES. Saw Nightwish live last december. Now i‘m waiting for the others to come around in central europe 🤞🏼
@@stand.and.deliver.5 Both great bands, but I never really got into either of them.. More into the Japanese all female bands like the three I mentioned, and Aldious, Hagane, Trident, Gacharic spin.. The list goes on.. I sure hope some of them come to France...
Awesome Yes I have heard I hit the big three but I also heard there's two more so three out of five ain't bad but 5 out of five is perfect you know So thank you and I appreciate the comments and I'm super excited to continue down the road Thanks for watching!!
You are right, the top Japanese bands do not care about our genre boundaries, they just write good shit and they use all the influences. So: Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background: They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet). Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing. In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. They went on hiatus while they searched for a new bassist, and during that time, two of them had babies, even as the band were writing and rehearsing their new album. They recently announced the new bassist, Fami, who is a young phenom and herself a composer and multi-instrumentalist. Their first song with Fami is “Judgement Day” ruclips.net/video/m3uGjp-P7DI/видео.html The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and have created a sound that is fresh and cutting edge while paying tribute to the old masters. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance was that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining. They do everything from soulful power ballads to heavy thrash. Almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. The two guitarists are quite different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel (though she can also shred like crazy). Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The contrast makes their duets rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band." Here are more clips you should check out: “Set the World on Fire” ruclips.net/video/99zsH6iG_6c/видео.html from their 2021 concert DVD “Heavy Metal Never Dies”. “Don’t Bite the Dust” ruclips.net/video/oHnKGEj1CMc/видео.html, from the same concert; "Edge of the World" and "We the United", back to back: ruclips.net/video/sl0-U-ykJCU/видео.html They form an incredible journey from darkness and despair to light and hope. Also, “Empty Daydream”, which starts as a ballad and becomes a real rocker: ruclips.net/video/lXh_uMM94jU/видео.html; Perhaps their greatest masterpiece, a showcase of multi-instrumental virtuosity and even classical dance “A Frozen Serenade” ruclips.net/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/видео.html; And their most reacted-to video, “Holy War”: ruclips.net/video/bgAxpEpEcno/видео.html Miyako is also a virtuoso concert pianist, and was headed for a career in classical music, before picking up the guitar. If you want to see what she can do on the piano, watch “Swan Song” WITH the prelude, which is Chopin’s “Revolutionary Etude” (official name Étude Opus 10, No. 12 in C minor). Miyako wrote “Swan Song” using elements from several classical pieces including the Etude. This link should work: ruclips.net/video/WBhtqgiXEA4/видео.html. For a thrasher with heavy Slayer and Metallica vibes, “Break the Wall” ruclips.net/video/5Pc0XK0lNmU/видео.html includes two gorgeous and completely contrasting solos by M&M. For a heart-stopping ballad, “Epilogue” ruclips.net/video/1ynnXDfEnnY/видео.html (this includes a second song, your choice whether or not to react to both) While you will sometimes hear you should only react to live clips, actually their MV’s are epic and worth seeing. Here are four of the most spectacular: "Shadowmaker" ruclips.net/video/Brmoln5Gxus/видео.html This is the song that blew up and melted faces all over the world "When Destinies Align" ruclips.net/video/hLFelI93VkM/видео.html "Glory to the World" ruclips.net/video/-wJtD2XEXH4/видео.html "Winds of Transylvania" ruclips.net/video/HsE4Ub_Pjh8/видео.html. Finally, the audio tracks of some of the new album are up on youtube, and worth checking out. The band clearly came out swinging and wanted to make a statement. Every song on the album is a showcase of their incredible talent and songwriting capabilities. “Stand and Deliver” is a thrasher with a fun video of them in the studio. “Soldier Stands Solitarily”, the final song on the album, is being touted by some as the best thing they’ve done so far-I encourage you to see and decide for yourself! You'll get lots of suggestions, just one thing: don't bother with Bloodstock footage, the sound quality is poor. Best to take suggestions with actual links. Also, you can’t go wrong with any of their official clips. Welcome to the Wolf-Pack!
We must stop the comparisons with other metal bands because they are much better than anything that has been done so far. With what they have been showing for more than 6 years, they are the ones who should serve as a reference and no other group. With all due respect to all the bands I have seen and heard in my long life. But I repeat: these young women are the indisputable queens of metal and the best in history.
It's not so much a comparison as recognizing influence and sounds that are familiar but I understand what you're coming from I'm trying not to recognize in their own sound versus comparing it but it's not so much a comparison I appreciate you comment Thank you and thanks for watching!!
Lovebites are awesome. In my opinion, they are the most musically talented band in the world. But after you've done some more Lovebites reactions, you should also have a look at another Japanese all girl band called "Hanabie". They are super heavy with a very cool chunky sound, mixed with some weird (but good weird) sounds that only the Japanese can do. The Japanese all girl metal scene is long and very entertaining rabbit hole while I encourage you to continue down. You won't regret it.
The only thing that would have given this an even stronger Motorhead vibe is if, during the part where they are all switching places, Asami had strapped on Fami's bass instead of Miyako's guitar, lol! She's already channeling Lemmy with the way she is stretching up for the mic!
Welcome to wolf pack family,Check there live concert you gonna love this lady's more,HOLY WAR,SWAN SONG (chopin intro),SET THE WORLD IN FIRE,WE THE UNITED,BREAK THE WALL etc.check there story to,regards from philippines...
Yeah I certainly intend to do more live videos especially I heard they did something with dragon force and I'm going to check out that Jews priest cover as well so I think I'm doing pretty good lol Thank you and thanks for watching!!
As good as they are here, check out some of their live performances. One of those rarefied bands that are even better live than in studio. They are insanely talented, well-versed in all metal that has come before and they play a fair few styles. I personally think they're the best metal band on the planet right now.
Is LoveBites heaver, yes and no, i would say, sound wise Nemo sounds heaver, with there 7 string guitars, and some harsh vocals, plus there modern style of play, on the other hand, LoveB is more old school metal, and with a Higher BPM, and in standard tuning or some drop D, so it's not an easy question to answer., it depends on the song you are listening to. and yes both are heaver then band maid, they are more rock/hard rock, bottom line does it really matter if you like it, it's all good..
Nemophila is basically the Japanese female metal equivalent of a J-Metal Supergroup like Cream or Temple of the Dog. Check out the rest of the members previous bands, they can be as hard as the choose to go with their new group, the talent as well as range is there. LoveBites I've always looked at like Symphonic metal, they are much more polished than Nemophila but harder? I don't know, but I don't think so.
The band you were struggling to remember for style match is Motorhead. I always get vaguely annoyed when people comment you should talk less or talk more or do this and not that. This is your channel and you do as you wish. If someone wants you to talk less let them go and watch the hundreds of say nothing, head nod, and mention like and subscribe every two minutes channels. Lovebites did a short tour with Dragonforce in the UK. There are two RUclips videos where they played a collaboration. Don't think some epic heavy speed metal song, think Farming Simulator and My Heart Will Go On!
Okay yeah I'd like to check out a couple of their live with DragonForce and thank you so much for the reassurance and support Yeah if you want a reactor that doesn't talk go watch the video or go watch some other people cuz that's not me I like to engage I like to interact and as you can see I respond to damn nearly all of my comments and it gets harder and harder the more subscribers and views I get but I really appreciate you thank you so much This is amazing!!
@@tre07reactions There will come a point where you can't hope to respond to all the comments as it takes away the time to make another reaction video. Your subscribers will understand this. 😀
You said the most important aspect of the game of Lovebites, aside from the fact they are all elite level talent. They have mastered the ability to BLEND inspirations and genres into their own unique Lovebites genre. And forget about the other bands. Bsnd-Maid doesn't play in this realm. Nemophila goes more death. Lovebites musicianship, in my opinion, is by far the best collection of talent of any band I know of.
Oh yeah wow I will I wonder if that old change my views I'm already up a whole bunch lol.. Thank you for the correction I did know that just so used to typing it as a Def Leppard song you know what I mean. 😅 Thank you and thanks for watching!!
I would like to recommend a band called Asterism… a three piece metal band from Japan with an incredible talent. I think that you will enjoy… I would like to recommend a song called Dawn live 2019…
The guy I've seen this one in one or two other comments I will take the link and put it on my watch later list I really appreciate it I got a bunch of them but I'm going to try to get to him Thank you Thanks for watching!!
you should check out another japanese band called crystal lake, their one of the best in their metal genre, try crystal lake - apollo i think you’ll love them.
Both Band-Maid and Nemophila are very good bands with very high-level musicians, especially Nemophila. They play quite eclectic music with rock, metal, pop elements. But these are ordinary groups, of which there were many. Lovebites is another matter. This is a musical sensation, a band that can become a legend. I have known Lovebites since 2018. And since that time, all their studio and live albums have been in constant rotation with me. Despite the fact that I am not a fan of metal. Judgement Day is an outstanding music album. For me, all the songs are good, but the best among them are three songs by Miyako Soldier Stands Solitary, Lost In The Garden, Wicked Witch. They differ in sound from the rest. It's as if they are being performed in a different space, in a room with different acoustics. And they sound just magical. I think it's Miyako, her arrangements and her keyboards in the background that makes Lovebites an epic band. And there is simply no such musician in other bands. For me, Lovebites is a band of the highest echelon. Yesterday, for example, I listened to Animals as Leaders - Parrhesia 2022, King Crimson-The ConstruKction Of Light 2000, Lovebites - Judgement Day 2023, Gong - Shamal 1975.
Hey yeah I I'm thoroughly impressed with all three of these bands but I was really looking forward to love bites I'm glad I got the opportunity I'm going to keep going Thank you for all your info and insight I am a big fan of animals as leaders I think they're very talented I think I have a few that I posted on my channel if you want to check those out once again thank you for your comment Thanks for watching Hope to see you on the next one!!
@@tre07reactions Thanks for the invitation. If you familiarize yourself with Lovebites more, you will see that Stand And Deliver (Shoot 'em Down) is the exception rather than the rule for them (both music and video). In fact, their songs are usually much more significant and epic, both in music and lyrics.
@@tre07reactions Exactly. I agree with @dymya valor. It's not exactly your typical LOVEBITES song. Performing "Stand And Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)" the ladies from LOVEBITES are just "having fun and fooling " around (in the MV you can see them swapping musical instruments with each other). LOVEBITES has a song similar in vibe and fun, "Raise Some Hell" (2020). Tellingly, both songs were written by the tandem Asami (lead vocals) & Miyako (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals)
You have the big 3 Band Maid ,Lovebites and Nemophila all 3 phenomenal and yet all different with there own sound we are so lucky right now Metal is back and its girls from Japan who would have thought .
Yeah I said it too metal is back like real metal like a lot of these bands were doing the hardcore breakdowns which I love to there's no getting around it like I really do like it but I miss that '90s sound when you got the solos and the real like little speed metal riffs and the choruses and the singing and I really dig it I love it so big three from what I hear but then there's two more to make it five so I think I'm going to check those out too Thank you for your comment and thanks for watching!!
LOVEBITES is Heavy Metal Band, next new song MV Judgement Day, live songs Set The World On Fire, Break The Wall, The Hammer Of Wrath, Raise Some Hell, Holy War, cover song Pain Killer(Judas Priest)🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 HANABIE- songs We Love Sweets,
Meat Loaf: 2 out of 3 ain’t bad. Me: 3 out of 5 ain’t bad. You already discovered: - Band-Maid = Best Hard Rock Band (Japan, All Female) - Lovebites = Best/Second best Heavy Metal Band (Japan, All Female) - Nemophila = Second best/Best Heavy Metal Band ( Japan, All Female) …. Now please discover: - The Warning = Best Classic Rock Band (Mexico, All Female) - Asterism = Best Prog Rock/Metal Band (Japan, Female Fronted) …. Greetings from Germany and have fun!
Hey thank you for those other band suggestions I don't think I've seen those suggestions in my comments but maybe so three out of 5 ain't bad but five out of five perfect so I really appreciate the comment and suggestions and thank you for watching I appreciate you!!
Nope, Nemophila is heavier to me, but this is my favorite of the three. Nemophila live may have been the loudest and hardest hitting concert I have ever seen. I have seen Band Maid live also, and am looking forward to seeing LOVEBITES live too someday. Peace.
Yeah I think Nemo is heavier at times like the heavier breakdowns all around I think love bites is a heavier band though I'm not sure I haven't seen enough of them so yeah I'm going to keep checking them out and obviously you'll know my opinion then lol Thank you and thanks for watching!!
Different then Nemophila and stay mostly in the power, thrash and classic metal genres. Nemophila branches out into other genres but when Nemophilia goes heavy in songs like Zen or Dissension they are heavier. That said both bands are absolute monsters and hell Saki and Miyako are close friends.
Some Japanese bands, old and new. Take your pick: BAND-MAID [All their songs... really!], LOVEBITES [Break the Wall, Raise some Hell, and all the other songs], BABYMETAL [All their songs, because they are all different], MAXIMUM THE HORMONE [Yoshu Fukushu], DEXCORE [Earthworm], CROSSFAITH [Catastrophe], SiM [Killing Me], NINGEN ISU [Heartless Scat], UNLUCKY MORPHEUS [Black Pentagram], YOUSEI TEIKOKU [Astral Dogma, Patriot Anthem (Live)], COLDRAIN [Die Tomorrow], CRYSTAL LAKE [The Circle], GIVEN BY THE FLAMES [Ronove], LONESOME_BLUE [Face the Fear], ANGRY FROG REBIRTH [2Step Syndrome], SILENTLY SHOOTING TRAITORS [Manipulate], ALDIOUS [Dominator], TRiDENT [Ambivalent, Spoopy, ...], BRIDEAR [Light in the Dark], CINQ ELEMENT [Destiny], MARY'S BLOOD [Marionette], GRAUPEL [Bereavement], DOLL$BOXX [Take my Chance], SOKONINARU [Tenohira De Odoru], HELLO SLEEPWALKERS [Flying Saucer], TELECiDE [Tied up Memories], NEKO [Ghost on a Record], MERGINGMOON [Greyen], ROTTENGRAFFTY [Hallelujah], JILUKA [Mephisto, Overkill], BROKEN BY THE SCREAM [Emotion Cross-Counter], FATE GEAR [Unbreakable Wings], LYNCH [Devil], GACHARIC SPIN [Mindset], DIR EN GREY [Ningen wo Kaburu], X JAPAN [Kurenai], DAZZLE VISION [Second], DEVILOOF [Torture], JUPITER [My Enemy], NOKUTO [Life of Desire], GALNERYUS [Angel of Salvation], SAISEIGA [Ride On], BLOOD STAIN CHILD [Del-Sol], NEMOPHILA [Rise, Hypnosis], DADAROMA [Lucid Dream], JILUKA [Overkill, or Lluvia], HANABIE [We Love Sweets], A CROWD OF REBELLION [Re:Create of the Re:d], PALEDUSK [Area PD], POLKADOT STINGRAY [any song], MUTANT MONSTERS [Abnormal], BLACKLAB [Insanity], ASTERISM [Rising Moon, Unravel, or Church], NOISEMAKER [Hunter or Prey], BiSH [The Night When Stars Twinkle], SCANDAL [A.M.D.K.J.], DEEP GIRL [I kill], Mrs. GREEN APPLE [Inferno], BRATS [Doudatte Yokatta], THE ORAL CIGARETTES [Frenzy Hey Kids!!], GIRUGAMESH [Drain], LiLiHoLi [From Darkness to Light], THE DEVIL’S KILLING MERRY-GO-ROUND [Diabolos], and many many more...
Or Adam Ant.... Funny you should that. Listen to their cover of "Pain Killer" Band Maid isn't a metal band. LoveBites is basically a power/thrash metal from the 80's.
For sure I have that one on my list the next couple days I'm going to get on that I was a big I grew up on iron maiden Judas Priest so that when I'm looking forward to Thank you and thanks for watching!!
Yes it is a compliment. They have so many different influences, and made their own sound.
@Joe Internut NEMOPHILA was not yet born when LOVEBITES received the prestigious GOLDEN GODS Award from Metal Hammer ( London, UK )and performed at the world's largest heavy music rock festival, Wacken Open Air, becoming the first all-female band from Japan ( in the 29 years of the festival's existence ,in 2018 ),etc., etc., etc.🤗
And taking into account the fact that NEMOPHILA has 30+ covers of songs by famous bands (more than half of the songs recorded by the band), then the statement that they "perhaps they're reading the NEMOPHILA manual"🙃 - causes laughter. 😂Excuse me.
P.S. Nothing personal . I respect NEMOPHILA just like any other band. Even if I'm not a fan of this band's music.

Welcome to lovebites, thank you for doing this reaction to lovebites, this ladys are so talented, so crazy good, LOVEBITES ROCK
Thats their new bassist. Check out more of them you will be blown away.
thanks for your react , Lovebites one of the best guitars solos , other level of musicians , my fav metal band .
Yeah that makes perfect sense I dig it Thank you Thanks for watching!!
One music critic said that two guitarists of this level (Midori and Miyako) in the same band is a crime!😊
🐺Asami started with R&B and soul music .

Stay safe. Stay Lovebites
Lovebites, over the past year, has become my new favorite band. I've been enjoying their entire catalog, and each song feels like its own thrill ride and I'm inside the most metal theme park in the universe. BADASS!!!
They toured with Dragon Force in Europe.
If you like back and forth guitars try "Scream for Me" either live on stage or studio live, Back from the Abyss, both are great
This band has a slew of sounds and influences running through them.. from Van Halen to Helloween, Motorhead and Priest to Slayer.. all encased in a Lovebites wrapper. A sheer delight.
good reaction, Lovebites is straight up metal and they always sing in english. Recommended live songs: Break The Wall, Holly War, Swan Song.
Thanks
🐺🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Amazing Lovebites
Next Lovebites song: "Holy War" Live!
LOVEBITES has no Peer!
I've never understood why people watch reactions and complain when you pause to react. Don't worry about them. Do your thing.
Some reactors take "to long" a pause during the song. Personally, I like short pauses to talk during, then a detailed reaction afterwards.
I appreciate that thank you Yeah I used to say the same thing as a viewer and then as a reactor I changed my mind but I understand Thank you so much Thanks for watching!!
@@johnolexa1543 And I understand that too If possible longer pause is so I'm not getting a big chunk of music that could be blocked You know what I'm saying but I understand I'm working on it!
This is the most talented band to come along since Dream Theatre. DT only has one guitarist, the great John Petrucci.
I agree with you on both counts. However, Dream theatres replacement is not up to snuff

【From an interview with Asami(Vo) and Fami(Ba) for a magazine project in Japan】
When Covid19 subsided and the audience was able to speak up, Asami thought it would be nice to have a song that everyone could sing, both on stage and in the audience.
"Stand and deliver" is a pirate term that apparently means "Leave all your money!"
Asami thought that if he wrote the lyrics as they were, it would be a song about a "pirate king.

Yes they are heavier, but Band Maid, Nemophila, are great bands also.
Of course most definitely thank you thanks for watching!!

Background of Lovebites members
Asami - Singer, Lead Vocals - Birthplace: Japan - Birthday: July 10
Asami comes from a R&B and soul music background and likes artists such as Alicia Keys and Aretha Franklin.
Miyako - Guitar, Piano, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Osaka, Japan - Birthday: April 5
Miyako has played classical piano since she was three and guitar since high school.
Midori - Guitar, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Japan - Birthday May 28
Midori started to learn piano at around two years of age and electric organ at eight, but gave up both upon entering university and started to learn guitar at 20.
Haruna - Drums, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Shizuoka, Japan - Birthday: December 30
Haruna has played drums since she was thirteen years old, and began writing songs on a keyboard at fourteen.
Fami - Bass
In October 2022 Fami has been announced as the new addition to the Lovebites lineup.
Miho (Former Bassist) Bass, Backing Vocals - Birthplace: Shizuoka, Japan - Birthday: July 22
Lovebites was formed in Tokyo in 2016 by bassist Miho and drummer Haruna.
@Metal Mark 12, Quoting you, "Fami ... who has experience performing live and working with many artists since her teenage years."
This is wholly inaccurate.
@@dregeye Better tell Lovebites to correct their website.
@@metalmark1214 link please. My interest is accuracy, not 'me being right' &:-)
@@metalmark1214 I found your source & understand why you are posting this, nevertheless, it contradicts Fami's own public posts and there is no 'evidence' I have seen to affirm these claims.
@@tre07reactions Nemophila is indeed a bit more modern in their sound and maybe more American.
Lovebites the best..👍👍🤘🤘
Love Bites is named after a Halestorm song, so, yeah they pretty just take in all kinds of music.
Lovebites was named after the Halestorm song Love Bites (and so do I) no not Def Leppard or Judas Priest Love bites
Well well well that is some interesting information lol Thank you so much I appreciate it!! And thanks for watching!
this scream from asami, goose bumps immediately, she made me feel like I was hearing a female version of david lee roth at that moment 🥰
HORNS UP to these outstanding ladies 🤘 pure 🔥
You got that point, sir...lovebites is far badass beyond those 'two'.. Not even close
@@grantnealon5101 yes, there a lot good bands over there. From the japanese bands i also like unlucky morpheus and Hanabie

their influences are british metal bands, the creators of metal
I think you should check out their Painkiller cover in the near future.
Definitely got it on the list I grew up on Maiden and Priest! I'm on it Thank you and thanks for watching!!
you mentioned judas priest a few times, these metal goddess’s did a cover of painkiller and it’s prolly the best cover out there imo.
That is literally next on the list probably going to get to it today Thank you so much!!
You are right, the top Japanese bands do not care about our genre boundaries, they just write good shit and they use all the influences. So:
Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades. Some background:
They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981).
Their first song with Fami is “Judgement Day” ruclips.net/video/m3uGjp-P7DI/видео.html
The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc.
As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band."
Here are more clips you should check out:
“Set the World on Fire” ruclips.net/video/99zsH6iG_6c/видео.html from their 2021 concert DVD “Heavy Metal Never Dies”.
“Don’t Bite the Dust” ruclips.net/video/oHnKGEj1CMc/видео.html, from the same concert;
"Edge of the World" and "We the United", back to back: ruclips.net/video/sl0-U-ykJCU/видео.html They form an incredible journey from darkness and despair to light and hope.
Also, “Empty Daydream”, which starts as a ballad and becomes a real rocker: ruclips.net/video/lXh_uMM94jU/видео.html;
Perhaps their greatest masterpiece, a showcase of multi-instrumental virtuosity and even classical dance “A Frozen Serenade” ruclips.net/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/видео.html;
And their most reacted-to video, “Holy War”: ruclips.net/video/bgAxpEpEcno/видео.html
Miyako is also a virtuoso concert pianist, and was headed for a career in classical music, before picking up the guitar.
For a heart-stopping ballad, “Epilogue” ruclips.net/video/1ynnXDfEnnY/видео.html (this includes a second song, your choice whether or not to react to both)
While you will sometimes hear you should only react to live clips, actually their MV’s are epic and worth seeing. Here are four of the most spectacular:
"Shadowmaker" ruclips.net/video/Brmoln5Gxus/видео.html
This is the song that blew up and melted faces all over the world
"When Destinies Align" ruclips.net/video/hLFelI93VkM/видео.html
"Glory to the World" ruclips.net/video/-wJtD2XEXH4/видео.html
"Winds of Transylvania" ruclips.net/video/HsE4Ub_Pjh8/видео.html.
They #1 fi tru 🤟🐺🤟🐺🤟🐺🤟🐺🤟🐺🤟❣
Welcome 2 the Wolfpack ❣👌
Man.. lovebites. 11/10
Fami's bass sounds like Lemmy's back in the day
We must stop the comparisons with other metal bands because they are much better than anything that has been done so far.
True..

They do a great cover of Painkiller
That is exactly next on the list I'm going to get to it Thank you Thanks for watching!!
Maybe Motorhed + Megadeth?
That's a great comparison It's base heavy but it's got those the Megadeth riffs I agree!!
Lovebites is the ultimate sure there are other ok bands but not like Lovebites
There's English subtitles.
Damn this was good and Epic
Makes me as happy as you seeing you just diggin' it right off the bat .
You forgot .MOTORHEAD .
Fami Fami Fami!
Your next step should be listening to a live version. These girls can really perform.
True..I usually do a live performance after a couple music videos. Thanks for watching, I got some coming soon!!
I'm hearing Motor Head in there
Together with Nightwish they are the best Metal Band. Unbelievable talented! 😀🤘
I don't know, but I don't think so.
check and react this band in live concert 2020 or 2021 ( tokyo )
You said this was your third Lovebites song, but this is the only one I see posted on your YT channel. Are there others?
I think he means 'Japanese bands' mentioning Band Maid & Nemophila, LOVEBITES is 'third' so actually his first time hearing/seeing LOVEBITES.
Hi yes I've done a couple I haven't posted yet so it'll be posting the next couple days Thank you so much and thanks for watching!!
Watch their live videos "Holy War" is a good track to start with .there are no bad tracks... Possibly the best band in the world
I've heard this sentiment a few times now. I will take that suggestion. Thank you and thanks for watching!!

BTW, the name of the band is "Lovebites" - one word. You might want to correct that in your thumbnail
Oh yeah wow I will I wonder if that old change my views I'm already up a whole bunch lol.. Thank you for the correction I did know that just so used to typing it as a Def Leppard song you know what I mean. 😅 Thank you and thanks for watching!!

Ok I’ll put it on the list. Thank you!!
you should check out another japanese band called crystal lake, their one of the best in their metal genre, try crystal lake - apollo i think you’ll love them.
Crystal Lake now have a new singer from USA...

Don't forget Babymetal that opened a lot of doors to the Japanese rock scene in "modern" time...

I hear Metallica s Garage Days Revisted 100%.
Oh yeah yeah I hear it too kill em all as well like that speed those little riffs definitely I dig it!!

You ask who is heaviest - Nemophila or Lovebites? OK, I would answer yes to that. They are simply different and very heavy both of them.

Aww I'm so sorry.. One f****** video and you're defeated..bloody awful. Thanks for watching the first minute I guess. 😅🤷
Or Adam Ant.... Funny you should that. Listen to their cover of "Pain Killer" Band Maid isn't a metal band. LoveBites is basically a power/thrash metal from the 80's.
