    Che ne pensi di sands 4 ?
    Molti dicono che è troppo pulito e non si avvicina neanche lontanamente ad un ssl.
    Io lo testato ma mi piace molto devo dire...

      Sand 4 contiene anche l'emulazione delle ultime console che sono molto più pulite. Allo stato attuale lo reputo la migliore emulazione SSL sul mercato soprattutto nella versione ULTRA.

    what is the slow ratio?

    • @JGRStudios
      @JGRStudios  5 месяцев назад +1

      is the rario for the slow compressor dedicated to the lower interceptor of the compressor, there are more details about this system on the GML 9800 manual.

      @@JGRStudios there is also on the fast compressor...

      @russenduf 5 месяцев назад

      Also in 8900 manual there is not slow ratio but soft ratio on the slow detector only. Also green its like having the same compressor on both detectors labeled slow and fast and reacting differently with appropriate use....not the same thing as GML

    • @JGRStudios
      @JGRStudios  5 месяцев назад

      same situation as the slow one, as explained in the video you should think Green Zen as the real GML 9800 with 2 compressors thank works in parallel with 3 interceptors for the different RMS intercepted. Slow intercept the lowest RMS and Fast the higher ones. Other compressors such as Unisum (video on this channel) use that kind of technologies@@russenduf

      yes not the exactly same thing, because there is not a 1:1 emulation of the machine of course, these are new features added by acustica to the sampled 8900, there are other controls also, SHMOD, Power, Morph, etc etc. We could think Green as 8900 with steroids. This philosophy is on all their plugs, so you can find more controls and fine tuning on Gold, Sand, etc etc@@russenduf

    this plug is cool but overloading logic

    • @JGRStudios
      @JGRStudios  4 месяца назад

      almost all the New professional plugin overload Logic, there is a oversampling settings inside Green, so just put it on 1x and start tweaking until you reach the perfect balance. Users should be understand that the performances of an hardware emulation are higher than a digital representation. Using IR sample is more precise in hardware emulation but more heavy on CPUs. It's same for Altiverb or the native IR plugins inside the DAWS. Oversampling is necessary to avoid the aliasing distortion.

      @@JGRStudios yeah non on my other plugs behave like that, i think its an AA issue, i tried every trick and im running a high end mac , only ones that work are the one knob ones and even them, I stopped mixing with these tools, set me back more than anything

      @JGRStudios  4 месяца назад

      @@khalilroukoz I'm on a latest Mac too, I don't use logic because their routing is obsolete for me, but I use AU version of the AA plugs without any issues under Studio One. You are on the latest Mac with M1 family chips?
