I have a 03 Passat.1.8 I lost the original keys and changed the whole lock cylinder and housing. Now the immobilizer won’t let the engine run. How do I contact you about getting mine deleted?

Audi/VW programs the key with the ECU and the instrument cluster. You would either have to purchase a new fob(s) with blank transponder chips and get the key cut (by locksmith copying cylinder notches) then have it programmed or if you're pulling parts from another car then the ignition key cylinder with ECU and instrument cluster then swap them all over. Another way is to send your ECU out to a service to program immobilizer out.
