Excellent explanation. About 3 years ago I tried 3D printing with an ender but it was quite discouraging at the time, but now I've had the k1C for about 2 months, I'm new to 3D printing but it's an excellent printer. Obviously I studied the machine and the activity more in depth. I am using a filament dryer, vacuum bags, humidity control (humidity here ranges from 60 to 85% and I have kept it at 15%) and I have obtained excellent ABS parts. I had Creality Print version 4.8 but it didn't show the update, so I downloaded it from Creality. Seems pretty good. One feature that I found interesting is applying different supports (normal and tree) to different objects. Success 🚀

absolutely loved this resource and easy walk through. Ive been resin printing for a few years and just bought the k1c and this totally gets me going! Thanks
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I am sooo glad you are making videos. I am somewhat new to 3D printing and modeling and have found it quite intriguing and fun. Keeps my mind occupied from the world. Anyway, I just got rid of my Ender 3 v2 and got a Ender 3 v3 KE. I am having problems with getting Cura to work with the KE, which is what I started with and had no problems until I got the KE. Creality said that I need to use Creality Print, of coarse, so I am learning Creality Print as my new slicer. Thank you for your instruction. Very easy to follow. The quality of the video itself is a little blurry when I view it, but not a huge problem. Thanks again. I have subscribed and looking forward to more. I have not gone to your channel yet but I will right away.🤓👍
My friend, the video is in 4k. Check your YT settings. I like Cura (and have a course on it), but it's time to move on. Learn CP5, and Orca. This is just where we at, on these newer machines.
Thanks for the detailed instructions on how to use support in v5. I was going nuts trying to figure it out as for all the videos I could find were for older versions.
I just figured that out cause I had the same problem. When you click on the speed tab you have to click on the 3 lines with dots on them, it says "Click to open advanced parameters". You should see all of your speed settings now.
Solid Tree supports is absolute BS. Also, so are hollow. I am not a fan of HOLLOW. I want a few % of infill in my Tree support. It looks like, Support Density, is not working properly in CP5, and will need to be addressed. For now, to avoid hollow, switch your "STYLE" under "TYPE" to "DEFAULT"

Outstanding Video about Creality Print software, BUT had a difficult time with your video quality. Distorted and pixelated throughout. And no, it was not a bandwidth problem on my end (I think).
OMG, I see it! I've been digging into this, and, it looks like I accidentally rendered it in the wrong format. Problem is, RUclips doesn't allow us to replace a video, so, I'd have to upload it as a new video. This leaves me with the decision, to delete a video with 17,000 views and counting. Crud. Thanks for telling me.
I can't say, as I haven't print enough with it, but, I will say, despite claims, from peeps, about all sorts of slicers, over the years, I believe, it comes down to the user, and not the slicer. BUT, I do believe, V5 offers far better tools than V4, and, a skilled user, should be able to get better results, compared to 4, for that reason alone
Hi. Nice video. I'm slicing in Creality Print but It looks like my supports are too dense. I changed the density to 10% only but I'd like to reduze the ammount of the infill used on support branches or even let the support with no infill. Is there a way to do that? Could you please help me with this?
It's to bad these features didnt exist in the first release of CP when the K1 max released. I was so fed up with the crap slicer (it had NO support painting at all when Auto was enabled, NO support blockers, etc) that I sold the printer and got a bamboo labs which has a WAY better slicer and the hardware seems better anyway. The docs on CP are also completely non-existent. For example, someone who didnt know how to use it would still believe that it still has NO support blockers because there is nothing ANYWHERE that says how to use them nor even that they exist. You'd have to be an everyday user of CP and then likely accidently stumble upon those support blockers accidently before you knew they existed and how to use them. IMO they lost a LOT of sales because of the slicer being utter dogshit prior to 5.0 rather than the printer itself being crap. It's not, but it's also not as good as a bamboo either. The newer slicer from what I see here is just sorta, meh, ok it's finally a half modern slicer. However, to little to late.
K1 Max is my absolute favorite printer. K1 a close second, since it's smaller. It's a beast that always over performs. I have never used creality print. I do all my K1 slicing in Bambu Studio. That said, CP5 is developing nicely.
i have a problem with ver. 5.0.... the whole screen is offset so that i have to hover my mouse higher than what i want to click on...if i put my arrow on the thing i want to click on it will not work, i must go up a little bit till i see the item get highlighted then click on it. i thought it was a bad d/l... i tried it again still has the same problem. Cura works fine, an older ver of creality print works fine. i just cant get this ver to work properly. it all works in the program i just have to find the right spot to select an item.
thx from turkey ı will try this settings but when ı print red white or any color no problem but whenever try black always been problem do you know that ?
Every filament brand is going to be different. If it's the same brand, there may be something about their black formula, that causes it's properties to be different. I would run some small tests, with different temps, speeds, etc. However, for ME, when I find a filament, that is a problem, I ditch it, and look for a different brand. Then, when I find one that works, I stick with it.
hello. i want to print the first quarter of the print with 25% fill rate and the rest of the print with 15% fill rate. how can i do it? my machine is k1 max. does this program have that feature?
Remember which way the bed moves... for tall things that may fall over. Turn objects the right way... know what I mean? The knife should be turned front to back - not side to side...
I'm didn't cover orientation here. Only support concepts (I have an orientation video). However, on a bed slinger, certain orientation can certainly help. That said, on most Bambu Lab printers, the Bed does not move. Only the Hot End. At the time of this video's recording, NONE of Bambu Printers, had moving beds. But, FF, and now the A1 now exists.. However, on bed slingers, I still face my masks and knives forward if they fit, diagonal if they don't.

@@3DRundown Thanks for the information.
Do you by chance know where the speed setting is for supports in Creality print 5.0
Yes, it's taught here in this tutorial
Mine doesn't show anything when I click the spoeed
@@aprylschescke9368 I just figured that out cause I had the same problem. When you click on the speed tab you have to click on the 3 lines with dots on them, it says "Click to open advanced parameters". You should see all of your speed settings now.
Hey, thanks for the video. Just another question. When exporting my file to the sd-card i can save it to stl file only. When i use the export-menu -> model file i only get to save it as an stl file. The "save-as" drop-down menu only give shows stl-file or mesh-stl file. Anyone any idea?
When slicing, you will export the gcode using the button on the bottom right.
@@3DRundown it actually is! Thanks a lot! Bit confusing though.
Cura and Bambu Studio, work in a similar fashion. Save the GCODE, upload to Creality Cloud, and off you go. :)
Thank you bro
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Why does you Creality print look different from mine? I do have 5.0 but it looks like the old interface
Are you SURE you are in 5? 5 has an entirely new interface. It's totally rebuilt
@@3DRundown sorry I wasn’t thanks
If possible to use (.8 nozzle ) this software sir
You can edit the nozzle size, in the "Extruder 1" settings, but this won't adjust the profile. You'll need to update the profile settings as well. Hopefully Creality will address this soon
Anyone knows how to get "Fuzzy Skin" in Creality Print 5.1?????
I'm not sure it's even there. But I have never checked...
Someone help I can't find the button for support painting
Never mind I figured it out there's a tab that opens and closes if anyone else has the same issue
I show it in this video
Nothing comes up on mine when I click speed
Weird. On 5.1?
I just figured that out cause I had the same problem. When you click on the speed tab you have to click on the 3 lines with dots on them, it says "Click to open advanced parameters". You should see all of your speed settings now.
Anyone know how to add a raft?
It's in this video 😂😂
I found it lmao thank you. I am having trouble with supports though it’s not adding them for me even when selecting the same settings you did. I guess I’ll keep playing around with it but v4 had auto supports and this one isn’t doing the thing for me lol😂 I’m very new to this so I’m trying
Try going into support painting, and checking ENABLE SUPPORTS, before slicing.
Also, DO learn ORCA Slicer....
bro you do not how helpful this was i got a k1 and i used pruse slicer but you know it dont have a k1 and iv been trying to use this slicer for to week and got no where that you
the k1c will not print petg
I have no problems printing petg on my K1c.
PETG is EASY-PEASY on any K1
ive never had such a problematic slicer tbh ive finally managed to load my K1c on to Orca and allready much better prints, straight off the bat
I think creality ended up shooting themselves in the foot with thid problematic slicer that simply does whatever it wants since v5.0 saving my ABS and TPU profiles as PLA then making them system files i can not edit,iI ended up with 5 profiles all modiefied to system defaults all only to print pla,but its ABS and TPU which are worlds appart slices
I dunno. I use Bambu Studio for my K1, but, Creality Cloud 5 has been well adopted, and lots of people are using it. Are you on the newest version, 5.0.3?
no fedora, 1/10
OMG I know. I debated shooting an intro or outtro, just so I could wear my hat, and be on the Thumbnail... But, I DID stick my mascot on there, an he is wearing it!
@@3DRundown just had to poke a little fun. On a serious note thanks for making these videos. I don't watch all of them but the ones I do are always helpful.
I figure the cartoon Fedora has to be at least worth 2/10?? Your very welcome. Thank you for being here. Any time you can let a video run, even if not necessarily covering a need for you, is helpful. :)
Doesn't watch them all 1/10
