Love this video!!!! You did a fantastic job!!!! Site by site is what we like to see. Set to good music made it a pleasure to watch. Keep up the good work!!!!
Thank you for this video. I can see that all the sites have a number of things in common. They are all long and very skinny. Half the sites have no privatey between them and they looked stacked on top of each other. I'm looking to go their in the first week of January. I heard that Rocky Bayou is closing for repairs at last 6 months or the year (2024) as well as another state park near by. We love staying at Rocky Bayou State Park. I don't know it we can get it there or not.
@@PhantomPanic it's a great park! At least you DID find it lol ... It used to be a private park until the state bought it. That's why it has things you don't normally see in a state park. You will like it! 😀
@@PhantomPanic We live in Fort Walton. There's about 6 state park campgrounds between Pensacola and Panama City. 4 of them very close to the Destin area.
I've never personally stayed in the tent site area but I did have a friend that did and it was nice. And at least some of them have power I'm not sure if all of them do or not. I'm also not sure if they are staying booked on the 10th side as much as they are on the RV side or not but my suggestion is to check daily for openings on the dates you want to stay even if there's nothing open now there could very well be cancellations at any moment. I know that's not a lot of help but I hope it does a little bit. Thanks for watching! 😀
Wondering if you can clear something up for us. When trying to make an online reservation, it only gives loop numbers: Loop1, loop 2, loop 3, loop 4. I can't find an online map that is big enough to see where these are. Can you assist? Thanks Kathy
Florida stopped using Reserve America a little while back and their new reserve system is very lacking. The LOOPS don't seem to make any since on the new system. The site numbers should all still be correct, so you should be able to just find the site by looking through the loops. I don't have a map, but I'm thinking that no map is going to have the weird loop numbers on it because they just don't make any real since. That probably doesn't help at all. I'm sorry about that. If I find anything more out, ill let you know.

Thank you so much for a very informative campsite video. It is extremely helpful 😊
Hi! Great video! Do you know if the tent sites have electricity outlets? Thanks
I know that at least some do. I'm not sure if all do or not. The one my friend stayed in definitely had a power outlet. 😀
@@RVLandCruisers I live in Panama City which is about an hr from this place and I am just now learning about it. lol Isn't that sad?

Which sites are ADA? and close to bathroom?
Great video, I'm interested in a tent site for October. Could you give me some information on doing that?

Can you drive your car up close to the beach entrance to be dropped out?
You can't, but they should be running the shuttle now that can take you close. 😀
Is there a place to ride our bikes to the beach and park them?
Pretty sure there is a bike rack at the beach. Just need to bring your own lock.
