I have one of these. Removed the transit bolts and it was fine for 2 and half years. Then it started the same noise. Samsung aren't interested as it is just outside the warranty. Mine was caused by plastic pins/washers disintegrating. Local repair guy has seen this frequently with Samsung. Costs a fortune to repair. Don't touch Samsungs with a barge pole

remove the shipping bolts in the back... They are marked and in the instructions
