Drink soursop leaves tea. 2 cups a day. Adjust your diet to plant base only mainly fruit and vegetables. The recovery is amazing. Alot of people are talking about it too in other videos.

Not bad. Oxidative therapies can assist as well. I'd also add green tea in any form. But solid list for beginners. Lifestyle change is a must. Thanks.

I took creatine and at 5 grams per day it caused: hair loss, breast tenderness, and heavy periods. I backed it down to 1.25 grams daily. I was diagnosed with breast cancer recently. I’m terrified to take it now. Maybe it was the brand? But it definitely affected my estrogen sensitive tissues.

Does it sounds good plan for you. My mother is 72 years old. I thought Docetaxel is very old drug and FDA approved more modern drugs with less side effects. Tell me please what you think? Would you do something as the doctor. I think he wants my mom to do surgery after chemo and my mom just wants to do surgery and no chemo at all. What's you think about what I mentioned before? @ReneeAment-jk9zj, Start with one. Vegetables are super economical at farmers markets or Asian markets. And keep in mind that organic vegetables are WAY more nutrient dense and, not only do they stay fresh longer, but you need 2/3rds less so it’s actually cheaper. Protein is easy! Chick peas and tuna are almost 100% protein. I get clean catch canned Yellow Fin tuna at Costco (I have tuna sandwiches 2-3 times a week.) You can put chick peas in any salad. Creatine can seem a bit pricey but you really don’t use much and the brand doesn’t matter so just find any budget friendly option. . . I can’t ever remember I have avocados so I just started buying organic guacamole and putting that on my toast. . . Simple steps, one at a time; I guarantee you there are budget friendly options for these things. I’m on a community college teacher’s salary (adjunct, so I’m only part time), and I have less monthly income than my dad does on his social security checks.

    • @schoolingdiana9086

@@dramycancerrecoveryThere are budget friendly options for almost all of these. I think she’s thinking she needs to throw all of these at the problem at once.

Hey, I'm hoping I'm misunderstanding, but..
I noticed you offer some sort of cancer recovery class/mentorship ( ?) $ 2,000 USD
a month or something??? Seriously!!! My ma has been Cancer free three years , now
She is 79 years old , Also now suffering forever side effects,
From the Chemo , radiation, surgeries etc. Which "helped her recover" she could never , ever , be able to access this " course" I was hopeful , when first coming across your RUclips channel, hopeful of my ma possibly, finding some relief..
But , wow!!! Don't pretend you actually care about helping your , sister cancer " Survivors" Wow!! Really need to re evaluate how you believe anyone, your sister cancer " survivors" particularly, could afford your " experience" and " Help".
