- Thanksgiving has become my favorite American holiday, and I love how it feels like an open door to bring a little bit of Mexico to American classics! Years ago, I invited our production team to capture our Thanksgiving so I could show you how I make my Yucatán-inspired achiote adobo turkey with chorizo, apple and cornbread stuffing, spiced up brussels sprouts with pork belly and habanero, and pureed sweet potatoes with chipotle and pecans. This year we are having Thanksgiving with our same friends, same menu and even more family!
