Hey guys….great looking Jeep. Hoping maybe you an answer this for me. Got same wheels coming my way for my JLUR, could you share which lug nuts were used? I know the stocks don’t work so trying to purchase what I need wheels install ahead of time. Thanks
Question about the shocks see they give you an option fox, reds, blacks and 6 pack which really works the best curious if anyone has tried a variety and iyo what you preferred ?
I noticed at 8:35 in the swaybar is not set level as Metalcloak recommends any thoughts there? I am interested in this lift to swap my Mopar 2" on y JLUR.
so many people noting using the Game changer 3.5, but for pete's sake Please post the actual height before and after. I'm considering that lift but can't get a straight answer from anyone. Literally. Can you help us out? Also offset and backspacing for those tires. Thaniks
Have a question for you pros. I just got my rubicon gladiator with the eco diesel this week. Mainly my daily driver. At best would do some overlanding stuff but no crawling. Came with 4.10 gears. I want to go with this same set up above. Same MC lift and tire size. Do I still need to re-gear even though not crawling it?
Jesse, Anytime tire diameter is changed a Re-Gear is technically in order to restore the correct final drive ratio. In your circumstance the decision to re-gear ultimately depends on what you can deal with considering driving style. A Re-Gear is more important for street driving than offroad driving.
I really liked your video and your enthusiasm for building a great Jeep. I have a 2021 JL 4xe that I have been having built, as the wallet allows. I have a 3-1/2” MC Game Changer on it, a full aluminum skid plate, skid plates on the differentials and Radflo adjustable shocks. I’m still on the OEM 4.10 gears and 35’s. 37’s will be next. One minor mention is I had my lower control arm and rear shock bolt heads to the center of the Jeep and nuts to the outside of the Jeep between the shock and the tire. I know it’s a “ detail”, but less bolt sticking out in danger of damage is a good thing.
You can get rubicon fenders so you have clearance! Depends on how high you lift it, you may not have enough room for 37’s without fenders or a high enough lift

We use Gorilla Lug Nuts, they are one piece and spline drive so they fit in aftermarket wheels like this
Looks sharp, I went with same lift, 37's, lift is awesome and great ride.
Sounds awesome! This one turned out super nice!

Amazing job, very profesional.
Thanks very much!

Did you have to get an aftermarket front driveshaft?
This is amazing I need to re gear I have the same kit.
We can make it happen for you!

The end links are included in the metalcloak kit which are the reason for the swaybar to be sitting the way it is so no worries there!

Totally agree. so many of these installation videos leave out a ton of information.
Game changer 3.5 is a 3.5 inch lift but yes they should be more transparent with wheel sizes ie backspacing/offset, are they 17x9?
They are 545 Fuel Covert Beadlock 17x9 -15mm
looking to do something similar. ball park cost of installation?
Shoot us an email with what you would like to do and we can make you an estimate!
what did you use for wheels? what offset and back spacing?
545 Fuel Covert Beadlock 17x9 -15mm Candy Red | Nitto Ridge Grappler 37x12.50R17
Did you have to compress the springs in order to be able to install them? Thanks!
No we had the rear axle hanging down enough!
Love this mod - and scoping the same here in Chicago. Is the 4.88 re-gearing absolutely necessary or can you run the stock Rubi diffs?
It's not necessary but highly recommended when putting a much larger than stock tire on your jeep!

Looks great! What is the wheel size and offset? Any rub at full compression?
17x9 with -12mm if I recall correctly! Absolutely no rub at compression due to the bump stops metalcloak includes in their kit!
Thanks for not showing anything helpful👍
Great Build what size bump stops did you use to make sure the 37s did not rub?? Love the set up
They were adjustable bump stops from MetalCloak but can’t recall the height!
would you recommend 37s on a non rubicon?
Why not!
You can get rubicon fenders so you have clearance! Depends on how high you lift it, you may not have enough room for 37’s without fenders or a high enough lift
would need extra support dana 30 axles
how much did it cost please???
We don't like to share that kind of info publicly! Shoot us an email and we will share with you what you'd like to know!
So nice bro
Thank you!
Great video. I have a 2021 JLUR and about to buy the same kit.
What lights/adapter does he have on the front bumper?
Thanks! If I recall correctly, the owner had installed those parts himself before he brought it to us so we're not sure!
