    I agree with Rakesh .... no talking, no music (although a good choice of music could be good), just normal noise of utensils and it is great. Love these videos ... thanks for sharing !

    Thank you for sharing. It looks great. I love that there is no music. That drives me nuts sometimes. This is a very complicated little dessert with a million little steps for only 5 servings. :-)

    Would have been nice if you put the names of each ingredient on the screen that way you carry viewers along, without having to pause and scroll through the information to see what you had put in.

      akodojay I would, just find a raspberry/lemon/orange etc curd recipe (I'm guessing the sugar and possibly the gelatin content would be different for different fruit) and just use it in the same way she has in the recipe ie freezing :)

      +Audun Blystad This is half sphere baking silicone mold from Martellato, 8 cm diameter, 4 cm height. Here're examples of other producers. www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_0_11?url=search-alias%3Dkitchen&field-keywords=half+sphere+mold&sprefix=half+sphere%2Ckitchen%2C263 It's better to choose deep molds (not less than 3,5 cm height), so that all layers fit well in them.

      Glucose syrup may be replaced by corn syrup. I've never used golden syrups tbh, but once I saw a recipe of glaze with it, so I suppose yes.

      any sugar substance that's liquid.
      glucose, corn syrup, honey. sugar that cooked with acid like lemon juice.. something like that

      8 g of gelatin and 48 ml of water for mousse and 12 g of gelatin and 70 ml of water for glaze. Gelatine strength (bloom grade) may depend on producer so it's better to follow the instruction on a packet.

      Yes, it can be kept at room temperature for several hours, I suppose 4-5 hours excluding defrosting time before it starts to melt. Exact time depends on tempearure itself and gelatin strength.

      Before serving/eating mouse cakes are kept in fridge for defrosting. Mousse cakes must be frozen if they are decorated with glaze, velvet (for glazing or airbrushing the surface must be very smooth and cold, otherwise these processes will emphasize flaws and decoration won’t be neat.) or assembled in silicone molds. In other cases they can be kept in fridge until gelatin sets.
