I'm really happy that I watched this video, I am a blue belt 4stripe testing for my red and I'm having trouble with this pattern. When I watched this video it helped a lot!! Thank you!!!
Very nice pattern. You demonstrate: 'Walking Stance low upset fingertip thrust L-Stance side back fist strike & low outer forearm block', which does not appear in this pattern. Perhaps you were thinking of Choong-Moo? It's hard to tell if it's just the recording, but it does sound like your exhalation is coming just a split second after the completion of the step/technique. They should all finish at the same instant. No? I like it though.
Walkimg stance low finger tip thurst is the second movement of Toi Gye. The side back fist appears after the second front kick and before the jump into x stance
Many years ago Master Young Ku Yun VIII at that time told me that I was like many New Zealand students in body shape, physically not designed for Taekwon-Do. He also then added that people of all nationalities, creed and race must conform to adaptivity. An Instructor will offer a student his interpretation and for the benefit of that persons shape, size, will conform as best as is possible to presenting as near as possible to the technique asked by General Choi. Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa is an excellent exponent of technique and these videos while not Perfect demonstrate a very accurate level of Technique. Brian Stewart IV Degree.
To flow each and every movement incorporating air flow soft and hard is an integral factor as instructed by General Choi. I am unclear of what you imply. Attending a Seminar conducted by Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa would help you understand better the purpose of the usage of air flow. Descriptive analysis is given in the 15 volume that General Choi left us as his Legacy. Either option will update your understanding allowing you the right of making such bold interpretations. Ese movimiento me imagino que es para introducirse en la aplicación, como Saju Tulgi que es la preparación del movimiento de Hwarang que ya no se utiliza casi. Está genial lo que hace Julia.
The need to look back when executing a backlist is negated by its placement that being central and eye level Your own eye level as clearly demonstrated by this Sabum. Hip action is slight and not to be exaggerated which she executes perfectly. Remember many movements remain subtle as not to telegraph your intentions to your opponent. I hope this helps you understand and clear up your understanding of why.
Errors I am of the mind that you need bi-focals. Have you been to a Seminar conducted by General Choi. Each movements Technique is replicated to the standard that General Choi required from those whom attended. While he is no longer with us attend a training camp or Seminar conducted by Grand Master Coi Jung Hwa then and only then should you be thoughtful in making comments like errors that you see. Thanks for this. When we do the W block we raise our leg a lot more before each block. Other than that pretty similar

On the technique where you put your hands up to grab the head you aren’t supposed to make that sound (power breath)

GREAT ViDEO!

This video is good for the blue belts. But it's not ideal. There are lot of errors. Anyway like!
