@Michael H yes it is funny in a way how things have changed but people have changed even more so to pay even 1000$ for a phone today, some find it normal.
how many people were texting back in 1999? i can't imagine it was a very workable service back then if no one was doing it... but I would kill to see someone texting with this phone
@@BrandonChaunceyOfficial I sent more then 10000 texts from one of these back then. i was 15 years old at the time i think. The service was pretty good. kinda the same as now. The antennas in the phones was moch stronger back then then they are in phones these days
It was the smallest phone at that time it was the first with an internal antenna and the first phone to introduce text messages. I had it in blue. I had the 8260 model which came in Red, Blue, and Grey
My first cell phone, and I sold sattilite dishes door to door. I actually didn't want a cell phone, but I needed one to call my boss to pick me up from different locations.
my father bought the phone at release date, it was expensive for a phone on that time. And 400€ back then are like 600€ right now. In Turkey everyone looked at the Phone like it was some alien hardware.
Back in 1999 and 2000 if you saw someone owning this phone, you automatically knew that person was quite rich :)
Yes that's true :)

You did not like that version of Snake? It's the simplest and best version! They updated it but overcomplicated it and spoilt it in later phones

Edito Rodriguez sorry, i just had to correct you. It was nokia 3210 the first nokia phone with built-in antenna.
Nokia 3210 had a internal antenna aswell, and that was older... doh
Nice Nokia and good video. Regards from Spain 👍🏼
Thank you. Yes I liked it very much but it was super expensive for that time.
@@MrFloryn88 This Nokia, Nokia 3310 and nokia 3220 I think are the top Nokia Colection but all old Nokia are beautiful

You had a very good and beautiful first phone, my first was Ericsson A1018S. Thanks for watching my video.
The 8210 wasn't that expensive. It was rather the cheap version of the Nokia 8810 which was indeed a luxury item.
The 8210 was not cheap at all. If I remember correctly, it was 400$ and for that period 400$, let's be serious :)

I don't know to be honest. Maybe it's from RUclips.
