      I like that it's not as stressful as the beans method.
      Thinking about it now, I actually never compared the nutritional contents of beans and lentils. I belive they're both legumes so I'm not sure which is healthier.

      I got these from an African store in Winnipeg so it'll be dependent on where you are but if you Google ramekins you can get some. I know walmart and amazon have them and you can also just google ramekins and it should suggest stores close to you. Hope this helps 😊

    Thanks for this recipe. Made it a couple of days ago. I however found the moimoi was a bit hard compared with beans moimoi even though I felt I added enough water and blended twice. Any suggestions on how I can avoid this next time? Thanks

      Hello Muna thank you so so much for watching.
      I'm not sure what could have gone wrong because mine hasn't really been hard. I'm thinking maybe add a little more oil but I'm not sure as I dont exactly know how it was prior to it being cooked or maybe try adding more water next time but definitely try it out a couple more times and you might be able to have your own method of making it 😊

    • @favyscorner
      @favyscorner  Год назад

      Hello
      In my opinion you won't really notice the difference especially after adding your seasoning, fish and anything else you like to add.
      I've had people tell me they notice the difference right after cooking but few hours later it's not noticeable and I've also had others that don't notice the taste.
      But overall it tastes the same.

    • @favyscorner
      @favyscorner  3 года назад +1

      I don’t notice the taste but I guess some people might be able to tell the difference.
      I’ve heard from some people say it tastes slightly different but I’ve also heard others say it tastes the same.
      Definitely try it out and you can let me know what you think 😊
