- After finding out that I had been walking around with a torn ACL, I decided to get surgery on December 16, 2019. As soon as everything was done, I jumped right into the rehab phase. All of the doctors have been telling me that I am well ahead of the curve. I have to think that my intense training and wellness regimen leading up to the injury helped me out. You can follow along as I take you through the process behind the scenes.

You should take us through what you went through in Philly when you came back from a major rehab in the playoffs and put up historic numbers. That was legendary and I would love to know what you went through to get back on the field.

I tore my acl back in August and I was in therapy for 2 days a week for about 3 months and I’m around 6 months post op and just got cleared last week.

I been playin on a torn acl my whole life lol getting bizzy to.i just stopped a few years ago like i know im done lol but everybody is different.i tore it in junior high 91 and played my whole life on it untill i found out in 2015 that it was torn lol i was like oh wow ok thats y my knees would swell up every now and then when i was younger but like i said i played a ton of ⛹ all the time all day and i did.

Two ago I felt that way for sure. I don't doubt people that believe in themselves. Just because one not be able too doesn't mean the next man can't. He ran a 4.4 at 45 that's hella impressive. People act like it's 30 bonafide WRs in the league. It's dudes that have me like why is he in the League. His career definitely got cut short because black ball tactics. Could have played in 40s easy.
But no teams would put up with his antics. He’s really chill until you have to have conflict with him then he’s uncooperative.

I had a torn meniscus and ruptured my ACL. The doctors gave me a cadaver ACL and two titanium screws. Knee surgery rehab is painful. 😑
