Great work man! Surprised they got you in a Manual trans truck, would've thought that was an Automatic. Nice nice. I'll be 25 in july, gotta get my CDL...

Damn bro you doing good keep it up. I'm about to turn 21 and about to start, honestly I should've just started at 18 because I found a company that hires 18+ its Andrews Distributing Company if anyone's wondering it's beer delivery hiring at 18+ out of Texas

19 here as well...just passed my class A road test 3 days ago. 1. Assuming you're getting an A, I'd say get parking maneuvers down 100% above all. Pre-trip and driving you can mess up on to a certain extent and still be fine. However, hit one of those cones and you're done. The guy before me found that out the hard way... 2. get your pre-trip dialogue down for each part/section as uniform and clear as possible. I was expecting the examiners to automatically underestimate a young kid coming in, but once he saw I knew everything clearly and wasn't stumbling/stuttering over the parts, he kept having me skip to the next section once I got the required points for each. 3. Don't stress out over parallel parking, it's easier than it looks. You're allowed to get out of the truck and look at your position twice each parking maneuver. I found it best while doing parallel to use one "get out and look" at the beginning to line up the back of my trailer to where I want it in relation to the front row of cones (In my case I wanted the back of my trailer even with the front row). 2nd "get out and look" I used after I'd already backed up diagonally into the lane and I used it to check my space from the back right corner of my trailer to the right side wall of cones (I was taught 3ft of space between). Then you just cut the wheel right, back up, cut it left and straighten out and boom. I was told 90% of guys fail before even going out on the road so once you do pre trip and parking if the examiner hasn't stopped you, you're golden long as you don't hit a curb or do anything stupid. Hope this helps, might seem a bit complicated right now but you'll understand. Best of luck
