Loved the technique that you used but let me ask you something. I have a similar machine that u used and can you use it to make that "gap" to put biding on the guitar?

yes, that'll work. You just need the right router bit to do it.
Dude, I love the pickguard. Top & back looks pretty good too. But what did you do to the back of the neck... 😢😢😭😭 😉honestly, to each their own, looks great though, how does it play?

xD well, more often than not, when doing a fancy paint job on a guitar, chances are that it already looked great with the wood being left all natural. The guitar plays really great, it's one of my favorites. Just the string trees that were needed for the reverse headstock, make the tuning stability a bit worse than on other guitars.
I admire your work and i really like your Channel but, to be honest, i don't think it turned out all that good this time :/ Also it's a shame cause that wood was gorgeous

if I could do it all over again, there are a few details that I'd do differently. But overall, I'm very happy and I've learned a lot :)
You can apply wipe-on-poly over clearcoat, or wetsand it gently and apply more clear.
I like it. Using ink art on the pickguard and headstock was a really nice touch.
thank you :)
Did he just paint and stain all that beautiful wood? I’m upset...
Georg, you sound a little like the young Arnie... ;-)
I like it! Very interesting build, can't wait for a final result.
thank you my friend

according to me you're neck was beautiful asis...
indeed it was. I should have made 2 guitars, leaving one in the natural walnut
Great work What dremil bit for the back edge
it was a 45° champfer bit from a no-name brand set of bits from Amazon😅
Thanks
Hey Georg,
Have you finished your project guitar yet?
yes, it's finished and it turned out to be an amazing guitar. There's a part 2 to this video on my channel.
looking forward to see the final result!
Nice job. Stay with your original vision. And play that guitar.
Nice pickguard
very unique
By chance do you have video of Racer Xs last show?
Fun video. Thanks.
Ngl, I expected him to say that his name was giovanni giorgio
Oh Dear!! That beautiful wood grained headstock ruined!!
ferraridinoman stop being a hater
Left handed neck on a right handed guitar?
yes, or rather it's a right handed "reverse headstock", otherwise the pre installed nut would be the wrong way around
Hi my Friend. Thanks for sharing this .😎 …… Kjell 🎸
thank you, I'm glad you like it. The guitar and the video were a lot of work ;)
niiiiiiiiice!
