Wow...that was impressive! That's right, forget those 3 consecutive NCAA championships and your hall of fame honors, guessing Spencer's distance to the precise 1/100th of a mile.....now you are really accomplishing something! My pre-video guess was 4:50 pace, and maybe a touch faster, so I went with 2.1 miles. That is the closest I will ever be to you on anything running related! Although, I don't think you will surpass my marathon PR....of going to the bathroom 5 times in one race!
The only races I’ve seen that are max distance over a set time are in the ultra category. The shortest one anywhere near here (Ontario, Canada) is a 6 hour race in Hamilton, Ontario running all over the Niagara escarpment. A 15 minute race at the Olympics would be amazing, getting rid of all the slow running that happens at the start of a 5,000m. Slow being a relative term… I can only dream of running as fast as an Olympians slow pace!
Two things. Awesome distance. And I can't believe how low you kept your heartrate. I visited Colorado a couple of months ago and and I was at 170 just walking up 2 flights of stairs. If I did all out 10 minutes, I'd be in the 200's for sure.
@ he asked you to predict how far he would run, and like every other comment who put a distance. And even if he did mean 7.27 per mile pace thats just as bad 😂😂
you should look at the nightcrawler race. it’s like what you talked about, where it’s a fixed amount of time and people try to go the furthest distance
Kicking myself because I WOULD be tabling at Mesa Marathon for work and might’ve been able to see you… but I’ll be in Black Canyon City that day running the Black Canyon 100K instead 😭😭😭 So excited that you’ll be coming to AZ!
My no spoiler prediction is 2.15 miles, I think that's pretty good. Edit: 2.12 Right on the dot as Allie said, also pretty close to what I said, so pretty good. That's amazing by the way, for a hurt knee that's amazing distance in 10 minutes, I ought to give it a try sometime. I would guess I would be 1.8 miles right now.
Argh! Should have chosen to run for 12 minutes, which Mr Cooper invented. It is called the Coopertest. It gained popularity in the high schools of The Netherlands and is a good measurement for estimating VO2 max.
This is my proudest achievement.

You’re amazing Allie
🙏🙏🙏
I literally said 2.13 before even clicking on the video im actually so mad
Exactly the same here
You didn't give any units. So I can't give you any points. Sorry.
@@molochz bro is sounding like my math teacher rn lmao
@eatpizza111 Physics bro.
The machine cleaning the road is a grader and it is actually smoothing it with a blade to take out washboard or potholes.

7.27 mile prediction
In 10 minutes 😂 bro would break the 100m 200m 400m 800m 1k 3k 5k and 10k world records all in one run if he ran 7 miles in 10 minutes
@@28mouse85he means his mile time is 7.27 mins 🤦♀️

@adysen.j No it’s not. They said “mile,” not “minutes.” And they were joking. Everyone knows he runs quicker than a 7:27 minute mile.
@@minoua is your iq a single digit or something??
I am gonna guess 3.8km. On a different subject, is a 10min all out effort downhill really a good idea on coming back from injury?? 😮😮
Exactly my thoughts lol
Allie, you are amazing! Great effort Spence! They do have Ultra runs that are by time starting at 3 hours up to 48 hours.
Great Recovery, Spencer!

Why not 12 minutes instead, the Cooper test.
Because he only wanted to run downhill with a tailwind for 10 minutes
Shoutout Allie for the prediction 😂😂
Ali is...... Amazing!
They do have those events-- 6 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour, 48 hours.
Cleaning a dirt sounds funny to me
1 day after injury video? :P
If 2.11 Miles Dude
Take aways: 1. Allie is a prophet, 2. We all deserve a good tailwind.
I didn't predict before the video but how about Allie's guess? Boom!
Well there are 1 hour races, 6h, 12h, 24h and so on. It's not a new idea but I think it would be interesting for shorter time spans as well.
Yooo I’ll be in mesa running the full!! Would be some to see you there
I love the dirt roads
I thought you were injured lol
EDIT: at 2:00 I learned that you're fine
My no spoiler prediction is 2.15 miles, I think that's pretty good.

Orange theory had a 12 minute run for distance last week and I did 2.1 miles. Can't imagine doing that in 10 minutes...
I’m gonna go with 3 miles and a new world record
Can you predict this weeks lottery numbers please? 🤞😆
14.63 Miles prediction
Don’t they do time ultras? I thought running for 24 hrs was a thing already.
start of video prediction 2.22
Same❤
I’m predicting 2.15
What app/device does he use to display the stats during running
Any chance of metric conversions for us non Americans?

You beat me to that answer...I think that if Allie's sidekick was more healthier he could go 2.5 in 10 minutes
I want to see how far you can walk in ten minutes. I only want walking content. Appease me or i unsubscribe
😂
Honestly, same.
I’m predicting 2.23 miles
Doesn't count. You ran downhill, with a tailwind, and in alphaflys. Bring back the good content.
I love you too
