They have pull pork sandwiches in HK? Really? Every time I serve that to a Chinese audience, I only get so so responses
Also when the meat hits a 200 degree F temperature, it has to pull away from the bone...
@@theUnusualMomma Yes, it is not the most common recipe but one of my usual selection at a coffee shop, less seen in Chinese restaurants though
