Now we finished the new model cordless grease gun after a long time of research and development. It
has many advantages.
1. Pressure release valve:
Problem: There exists high pressure in flexible hose when customer dispensing
grease.the flexible hose will be renitent when the grease gun stops
working. The coupler is difficult to be pulled out from the grease nipple
Solution: the pressure release valve is designed to solve this problem. After
opening the pressure release valve, the grease of the flexible
hose will be back flow to the grease cartridge automatically. The pressure
inside of the flexible hose will be released immediately. Thus the
coupler is so easy to be pulled out from the greaser nipple.
2.Built-in relief valve:
Problem: When the pressure is
higher than the set value, the relief valve will be opened automatically, The
overflow grease probably sprays to the operators or machines
when using original relief valve.
Solution: We design the built-in relief
valve, the overflow grease will back flow to the grease cartridge. it can not
only protect the safe of the users, but also prevent
the machines or the environment polluted.
3.Built-in one inch thread:
Description: We design the one
inch thread inside our grease gun, therefor it can be suitable for the lube
shuttle grease cartridge. At the same time our new cordless grease gun can use
the 16oz grease cartridge too.
Conclusion: So our new grease
gun is the only model which can use both lube shuttle cartridge and 16OZ grease cartridge in
the market.
