Baltimore's "Black October" - Vigilantes or Turf War?

One of the wilder chapters of Baltimore's history related to a semi-hidden group named Black October. They were suspected to be involved in a number of high profile crimes. According to Black October the crimes were committed in order to stamp out the drug trade. Others felt the group was just an opportunistic criminal gang, hiding behind social issues and politics. Either way, it was a dark and strange part of Baltimore's history.
