apropro: sometimes there are drugs that shows multiple effects like VALPROAT. it not only inhibits the voltage gated Sodium channel but also enhance the activity of synaptic inhibition. other multiple effect showing drugs include topiramat, felbamat, gabapentin,PREGABLIN.

Thank you very much for all the tutorials you have been making. Its not only fun to watch but also I get to learn a lot!
I have a suggestion- clean your writing board using clinical spirit or rubbing alcohol. It will help you to get rid off the stains of the ink from previous writing that are visible in the shadow of your hand while you write. This might be an annoying suggestion but you would be surprised with the shine once you wax coat the board after cleaning. :)

Perhaps I can help explain a little more about anti epileptics in pregnancy from what I learned in pharmacy school.
Sometimes, if a pregnant mother has been seizure free for a significant amount of time (usually a year or more) the drugs will have their dose decreased or they will discontinue until after the pregnancy.
However, mothers who are still prone to seizures, even while on medication, will usually remain on their medication as it's more dangerous to the child for the mother to have seizures than to be exposed to the drug.
There are exceptions however. If it is one of the more teratogenic drugs like phenytoin or Valproic Acid then alternative drugs are considered.

Earlier Last year I was diagnosed with CANCER in 2019 and I have tried everything I could to heal myself, but it was all to no avail, until I saw a post on a health forum about a herbalist preparing herbal medicines to cure everything type of diseases. including CANCER, at first I doubted it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for CANCER and sent it to me via the delivery service of UPS from the company, when I received this herbal cure. They gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 5 months of use, I am now CANCER free, all thanks to Dr. PETER You can also contact this great herbalist for help by email: peteroare0@gmail.com or contact Dr. PETER through his whatsapp number: +2348161615389 He is also specialize in treating all kinds of diseases, VIRUS HERPES , HEPATITIS B, CANCER, BRAIN DISEASE, INFERTILITY, DIABETES EPILEPSY AND MORE ...... you listed Valproate as a medication to consider when pregnant, I'm an epileptic and am on Valproate right now. My neurologist has given me strict instructions to tell him when I consider getting pregnant to let him know in advance so he change me to something else. He said Valproate causes birth defects in the neural tube...

I have focal, and tonic clonic seizures. For some reason If I have a tonic clonic seizure it sort of goes backwards and turn int a focal seizure… everything startles me, and don’t process my surroundings visually. Luckily lanictal seems to work at 200mgs twice daily. Only side effects I seem to experience is sleepiness and some worsening of balance but I use forearm crutches so I don’t really have too much of a fall risk. Also I have found it to actually lessen my nystagmus.
