Hello ma'am, I suffer from lichen planus pigmentosus.. my face and neck is very dark when compared to my other body color.. I live in the US. I have visited a couple of dermatologists here and they say nothing can help except for managing stress levels .. do you have any insights for me please? Especially on what kind of diet to be taken??
