The local maid has had the most appearances as a playable character in integer games after Reimu and Marisa (currently tied with Youmu after TH17), probably don't wanna mess with her :P

I love how this boss is designed with ideas good on paper but bad (as in play in the player's advantage) on practice. Typical Cirno xD

A fairy capable of turning a person into an ice cube causing him a mortal hypothermia should not be considered a small thing or a funny character and if many consider her a bit silly it may be because she is a little girl; but that does not mean that in the future when she grows up she cannot be someone extremely intelligent and extremely skilled in handling her powers ... I think now I understand why Cirno has so many fans within the touhou fandom
My only complaint is she doesn't have a stage 2 that turns the soundtrack into Cirno's Perfect Math Class. Really double up on them meme remixes there :P
