Bottom-Top planer sander running in one of Europe's largest Coffin Production Lines

🇺🇸🇬🇧 We just installed this bottom-top planer-sander at one of Europe’s largest coffin production companies. Integration into the production line has been plug and play and the customer could start production pretty much immediately. In fact, after 7 days of 3-shift production we returned and they already have planed and sanded 11’133 panels and a total of 24’000 meters of material (that’s 15 miles!). Impressive. This sander is going to do some heavy calibration work for many many years and thousands of kilometers of material.
🇫🇷 Nous venons d'installer cette raboteuse-ponceuse dessous-dessus dans l'une des plus grandes entreprises de production de cercueils d'Europe. L'intégration dans la ligne de production a été plug and play et le client a pu commencer la production presque immédiatement. En fait, après 7 jours de production en 3 équipes, nous sommes revenus et ils avaient déjà raboté et poncé 11'133 panneaux pour un total de 24'000 mètres. Impressionnant! Cette machine va faire un gros travail de calibrage pendant de nombreuses années et des milliers de kilomètres de matériel.
🇩🇪 Kürzlich installierten wir diese Unten-Oben Hobel-Schleifmaschine bei einem der größten Sargproduzenten Europas. Die Integration in die Produktionslinie war spielend leicht und der Kunde konnte sofort mit der Produktion beginnen. Tatsächlich besuchten wir nach 7 Tagen 3-Schicht-Produktion den Kunden erneut und man hat bereits 11.133 Platten und insgesamt 24.000 Meter Material gehobelt und geschliffen. Beeindruckend! Die Anlage hat viele Jahre und Tausende von Kilometern Kalibrationsarbeit vor sich.
