Nice to see how others operate. I have all my listings (except wrenches) in toolboxes, so I can fit a lot in a small space. I hang all my wrenches on pegboard. Thanks for sharing!
Then bin and letter system I started after watching other resellers using a similar system. Every system has its perks and issues. It works pretty well. The biggest issue is finding wrench in a bin with 80 other wrenches.
Really nice setup that looks like you have lots of space for more tools too! Steph definitely seems to have it down to a science. I've stopped doing a lot of the single $7-10 sockets/wrenches with USPS
I stopped with sockets for awhile, but started up again for a few reasons. 1: They are small enough to hoard an unlisted stock of hundreds so that when I have nothing else to list I can always just do sockets. 2: I have run the numbers on profits and my average single socket still makes around $2.50 per sale. Which is worth it enough for me to keep doing it. 3: It feels good to find the tools and new home and provide those with an incomplete set to have an opportunity to make it whole again.
Hey man!, matt here, fellow follower! I have been on the hunt for an older craftsman socket, it is a hand drive socket/non impact socket. But it has the black finish on it! I have a small craftsman set tool haul a handful of my videos back that shows the set, id love to find the missing pwices if toud be so kind to help me lol! I seen alot of your ebay store and haven't seen anything yet! Closest thing id seen was the Stanley pro black wrenches, I have an entire set of them so sadly they are no use haha, but yea, id appreciate the help if you wouldn't mind!
@thenkgarage thanks! I wish I could send a picture of what I'm referring to but I'm not sure that I can on here! But yea I have a small video on the few sets I got! I really enjoy having them as spares! And since I've started collecting some older tools! I stumbled apon your channel and it has been wicked cool to watch
I think I like the eBay sales videos.
Thanks! More coming in the future!
Fantastic video Kurt! You guys are very organised! Thanks for breaking it down for us.

Appreciate the behind the scenes videos!
Thanks! We will do more in the future!
A view behind the curtain... Very organized, NOT shocked.
Thanks!
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Love some good organization......although I'm not good at doing the "organizing" part. That's why I have a wife that can do it for me!
Organization is key!
