Regents Whole School Solo Music Competition 2023 - Hyun Sun

On Thursday 9 February 2023, Regents International School Pattaya hosted an event of “Regents Whole School Solo Music Competition 2023” at the Round House to find the most talented student musicians in the school.
This annual event offers promising musicians at Regents the chance to compete for the prestigious title of Regents Whole School Solo Musician of the Year. This exciting experience for our young musicians is also an excellent addition to any future applications to universities. Competition for the title is traditionally very high with prizes for first, second, and third. All decisions are made by a panel of independent judges. The event is held in an intimate setting in the lovely acoustics of the Round House.
Congratulations to all our young performers for their amazing performances at the solo music competition! The quality of performances was extremely high and left the judges with a very difficult decision. Hyun Sun, a Year 11 student, won the contest and holds the title of Regents Solo Musician of the Year 2023!
