people who are confused about the video not fitting with the song, the video is based around a circus performance, at least visually and the term "swan song" is used as a way of saying that it's someone's last performance and a chance to go out with a bang
They reference a circus a lot, by "I'm impressed by your vanishing act" and "draw the curtains take the stage, smoke and mirrors underway" and their reference to flood lights etc.

So today is one of those days where I'm going through older videos on RUclips and I guess it's a Set It Off kind of day. But my point is... I love music and singing. Set It Off songs just speak to me, I find so much meaning behind them. The lyrics, vocals, instruments, everything just blends so well. This band deserves to be applauded, they're so damn good and have gained a much wider fan base over the years. They've clearly worked so hard. If only I had half the talent they do. Just wow. Never stop making music SIO.

My favorite songs off of that album are bleak December, Ancient History, The haunting.. Etc. I like all of their music so it's hard to choose which are my favorite. Lol.

Okay. If you've been here since Cinematics, you know about their new single, Killer In The Mirror. It doesn’t have that much to do with it, but in Killer In The Mirror, they've gone back to the sort of angst-type of style. They have the same angry tune, lyrics, eyeliner (jesus i'm cringey) which is sort of funny, since Upside Down was so positive (apart from Hypnotized) then they just released this Horrible Kids' sequel, basically.

I love this band, and all of their songs, especially when you know the meanings behind them, like 'I'll sleep when I am dead' is about cody's insomnia, and 'Swan Song' is about how in collage Cody and a guy made this pact thing where they said they would never leave each others sides, but after collage they never really kept in touch. Again I love this band and all of their songs it really is awesome!
