    A practical implementation of this concept is feinting. When you throw a convincing feint it results in your opponent freezing up for a split second out of fear, it's an involuntary reaction which gives you a window of opportunity to strike
    If I'm being honest I must say that the realism is being lost in this drill. My advice is to remember why you're doing this drill and not lose sight of the end goal, combat

      Thank you for your comments. For sure final goal is to freeze opponent .I just tried to show nature of this effective tool.

      do you have one video expalining clearly how to transmute the punches in stomach? got problems with this...its horrible feeling

      people use it all the time,ex. you show punch with one hand to tense opponent and punch from the otherone ,same idea
