Ordered a complete upper with build kit. Looks to be good quality, I'm a first time buyer. In 2020 I went from no guns to three. The hand guard rail was slightly off center but with some allen keys and 5 minutes it was aligned with magpul sights. Just waiting for my stripped lower at my ffl. :)
I think you’ll really like it! PSA makes solid guns/parts at affordable prices. I know in the past they were slightly plagued with QC problems but from my experience they’ve seemed to fix those issues. I just have one word of advice and this is the one thing I do to every build I get from PSA, buy a headspace gauge or a go/no-go gauge. This will ensure that prior to using it you won’t have any potential catastrophic failures.
@@GunBoxTherapy Yeah, I'm excited. My friends buddy builds ARs, so we'll have access to his tools and help. I'm also making a list of other tools I'll need. I am finding it hard to find magazines in stock at my local shops, but ammo is in stock.
@@SHOTS-FIRED Same, I figured I could swap to an SBA3 or 4 later on. Like you it was hard to pass up, and when I seen the sale extended I thought that my sign to go for it.
My 5.56 is a aero upper and ati omni hybrid lower with a 10.5 barrel and red and green reflex sight and magpul grips with a single point sling and Shockwave gen2 brace and laser and flashlight combo
Bought this exact same rifle in August. Put a Sig red dot, PWS CQB, BCM AFG and Olin light/green laser on it. Have a few hundred rounds through it and it's nice to shoot. Going to add a Holosun 3x magnifier to it and it will be complete.
Ohh, man I love PSA stuff. Cheap and high quality in regards to MILSPEC stuff. Everyone one of my personally owned AR upper/lower combos comes from them with the exception of my 80% lowers. They do quality for less because they have no one in the middle making money off of them. For example, if I ordered an HK for a customer, it would be from my distributor and they would sell it to me rather than me purchasing straight from HK. So not only does the distributor need to make money but also the dealer. PSA is the manufacturer, distributor and the dealer.
Been buying PSA for years, there is nothing wrong with them, and well worth the money you pay for their products. Just built one of these 10.5s from their parts kits, and it runs flawless. Bought dozens of AR kits from them in the past too, and all have run flawlessly. You DO however need to maintain them and do basic cleaning, like you should with any rifle. A lot of users don't do this, and the guns don't run right, and that's THEIR fault.
I’ve never had a problem with any PSA firearms or parts. They are a solid choice for their pricing. If the pricing scares you and makes you think you are getting something inferior, you aren’t. They just have no one else to pay but themselves. They are the manufacturer, seller and distributor of their own products. This cuts out a lot of the expenses that other brands have.
@@GunBoxTherapy thanks man I appreciate it I have never owned a psa firearm before and I’m thinking of get one. They have some of the bests deals around.
They really do! You won’t be disappointed. If you have the extra money to spend, check out their line that come with a CHF (cold hammer forged) barrel. They have a very good relationship with FN and all of there CHF barrels are in fact manufactured by FN in South Carolina.
Nice! Get out there and train with it. Nothing wrong with PSA despite what others will say about them. If after optics you want to upgrade it, there are three things I consider the lifeline of an AR. Barrel, BCG, and gas block. Not in any particular order of importance, however upgrading those three things will transform, both function and longevity of parts for the better.

If it’s sold as a “complete” pistol/rifle, it will be put together already. However, do not be hesitant on taking it apart. If you are slightly afraid to, I would suggest taking an “AR Basics” class from a reputable training source near you. You will need to take it apart to clean, clear malfunctions and just do general maintenance over time.

Just ordered this on their fathers day special. Picked one up for $500. Should be here tomorrow. Pretty excited to try it out
I did too on the extended FD Special, I'll have it at my FFL Tuesday June 29th.
Only difference is, ours will come with the Magpul BSL Arm Brace instead of the KAK Shockwave. I'm fine with that. It'll be 100% Magpul furniture.

PSA is the working mans gun. Quality parts, great designs, affordable. They stand behind what they sell with a 100% money back guarantee.
It’s a pistol 🙄. Or are you trying to get him raided by the ATF?

Palmetto State Armory is the best, 😉👍100% recommended !!!
When you order do it come build
Every body got psa these days that’s what so cool about . I got one two with binary on it cheers 🍻 brother
Binary triggers are definitely fun and are a solid choice as compared to spending thousands of dollars on a drop-in-auto-sear.

PSA are great
Do they send upper and lower together to the ffl
Mines almost the same except the front bottom
Just got that same upper with a lower for 369 from psa my lower has ab 3pistol Brace

I have this model can it also chamber .223
Yes, you can use .223
I got mine used. Good question. It worked in mine 10.5 Multi, just wanted to make sure it is ok.
Will this model shoot .223 also? I bought mine used.
Yes, if it’s chambered in 556 it’ll shoot both, but wouldn’t recommend shooting a 556 through a 223 barrel.
No sights at all?
Do they ship to Cali?
👍😉
They sell lots of ar kits
Not these, look at the fine print in the description of the guns.
