As Ivan has previously explained the Russian Constitution allows anyone to film anywhere that the public has access. Permission is not required. This includes shopping malls, shops, restaurants and car dealers showrooms. Ivan is well known for exercising this right. It is a freedom they have in Russia that is not available in most other parts of the world. Long may it continue.
@@davidhartwell4826 Less of a freedom and more of an easy excuse for intrusive government surveillance. Russians expect to be filmed and face scanned every second they are in public, certainly in the cities. If you are filming and witness any corruption or abuse your life is at risk, and since Siberia always has room for another warm body, why would they care what accidents happen to you. At the heart of it, that is the difference. Our governments in the west, whatever their flaws, don't keep the population living in fear.
You did it again Ivan, another informative and entertaining video. Thank you for giving America's like me the opportunity to see what daily life is like in Russia.
What was informative about this video? Lmao. He literally made things up about "government officials" buying cars with money they "shouldn't have". Nothing but clickbait nonsense.
Two thumbs up, Ivan. I loved it when that guy got up in your face, and you told him to back off. Those prices for American cars were off the scale. Way too expensive. That black market dealer is making a killing, selling to oligarchs and politicians. Nice vehicles, though. They are probably shipped to Turkey, and then to Russia.
Wow great video. This car visit was the best. At first I was sad that a place selling American cars gave you the hardest time of all, but then, it actually sounds like it was in honor of some Russian Govt thief wanting a nice cool American car. As an American, I will take that as a compliment. About the EV Hummer. I can't believe you got one there. I haven't seen one in person yet and I actually have an EV (2023 Mustang Mach E GT Performance Edition). Nice find. If you ever visit Charlotte, NC, let me know and I will let you test drive my other three cars too, a 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands, 2015 BMW M4, and classic 1981 Jeep CJ5 (fully restored).
I am from the USA that Cadillac Escalade is way too expensive. The brand new one that you looked at the black one. Here in my country, you could get that exact vehicle for around a $125,000. So there over charge you my freind. And the dodge ram is about $120,000 Tops in the usa there over charging you for those cars my freind. Your English is Amazing 👏 Great Job I don't like many Russian because of the War but you guys can't call it that for what ever reason. Your pretty chill kid new subscriber here to stay.great video bro much love from the United States of America 🇺🇸
Ivan, thank you for showing me all the different automobiles. I enjoyed seeing the Russian And Chinese cars. I was very surprised to learn how expensive American automobiles are in Russia. Ivan, you don’t want a Dodge Ram pickup truck they are junk. For the past 20 years, nothing but trouble they rust out so quickly that the engine and transmission are good but the rest of the truck is Junk. What you want is a Chevy Silverado three-quarter ton. V-8 crew cab. Very dependable you’ll get your money worth out of it.
That was a very nice car dealership. I really liked the vintage Land Cruiser. For your information: A 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV-V costs $163,635 in Arizona. Take care of yourself, don't cause any trouble.
A loaded 2024 Escalade is about $105,000 here in the US. They do depreciate fairly quickly. You can pick up a nice, clean, used, low mileage, 2020 Escalade for $50,000.
One of my girlfriends has that Dodge Ram we went on a 8 hour trip and it was so comfortable it was like sitting in a livingroom!! She ordered hers custom off the line and cost 62,500
Just think about this. That Lincoln is 170,000. Here in Boston I can buy an Audi RS-Q8 for just about 120,000. Let that sink in. I remember when I was living in Vietnam, and because of the import tax on those luxury foreign cars at the time was I believe somewhere between 100%-200% the S63 that my friend had was more than double the price and then some. So instead of 160-180k it was more like 375k. Bonkers.
The price of a new Dodge Ram 1500 varies depending on the trim and options, but the 2024 Ram 1500 starts at $38,750, while the 2025 Ram 1500 starts at $40,275. Super rip-off at that dealership.
Bought a new left over 2022 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, Big Horn quad cab medium based for $39,900 this past September. This was before Ram started having big discounts months ago.
@@chadhaire1711 do you honestly believe that the elites actually obey the laws as written, and have nothing to hide? Honestly don't tell me you're that naive? Ivan's encounter with the dealership shows that somebody is doing something behind the scenes.
There was nothing "weird" with that dealership. It's a private business and some arrogant kid comes in and starts video recording like he owns the place. Virtually any business in America would react the same way. They're there to run a business and make money for themselves, not be disrupted by some narcissist who thinks he owns the place.
That’s insane, you would think they want people with a following to film their business and what they sell, make or build. People are like that here in the US also. WASN’T EXPECTING THAT ENDING😂
You can Probably go back to that dealership and ask him if you can Film tell him what you are doing. But you have to lay down some cash $50 bucks should get you in the door. But be careful forget it don’t even go back. every one of us knows what’s going on. you did a great job and I enjoyed it and I believe most of your fans did too. Oh loved your vacation. Thanks for taking me with you that was fun. Glad you got your money back from that restaurant. just the expression on your face tells it all.
Or maybe this "dealership" is an fsb honeypot and they merely stopped by to collect their monthly audio video surveillance and list of shoppers and buyers. Theyll run the tapes through facial recognition no doubt.
I love what ever you send us. Happy you got out ok,but pleas be careful there. Won't want to lose you. You are a good Russian,be safe. The basic RAM is $39.420 and the Basic Cadillac Escalade starts at about $81,895. Hopes this helps you.
Those prices are 50-100% higher than in the US. Those vehicles appear to be maxxed out with luxury options. If they weren’t maxxed out then the average mid-level version would a third or a quarter that price in the US.
this is the right answer as all those vehicles were acquired through grey channels, most likely bought from countries in middle east hence why the prices is 2x-3x their original value.
In the U.S. we are all complaining about the high price of trucks and SUVs. A well-optioned pickup truck might cost $70,000 or more. Many of us remember when these were considered work vehicles, and you could get them for closer to $30,000 in the 1990s.
Ivan, I think my neighbor’s stolen pickup truck was in your video. I’m only half kidding. Huge operation for stealing and shipping out vehicles from the US and Canada out of West Coast ports. The “dealership” owner has connections all right!

Your face is now very recognizable in Russia,, and. so, driving in RUSSIA may be hazardous to your health you may end up with a bad accident - Courtesy of FSB. Stay safe
I believe you'll find the problem is that every single one of those American cars are stolen. The United States of America is not shipping cars to Russia for sale which means for them to have them there they've been acquired by ill-gotten means
The owner of the place might be upset that viewers from the U.S. will recognize their nearly new stolen car, fresh out of the shipping container, on display.
As far as what kind of videos you should be doing: These. Being the Russian car guy is your groove, as one car guy to another.
That is the most wild stuff I've seen in a while lol. Be safe, super bad timing 😳
You did it again Ivan, another informative and entertaining video.
Thank you for giving America's like me the opportunity to see what daily life is like in Russia.
What was informative about this video? Lmao. He literally made things up about "government officials"
buying cars with money they "shouldn't have".
That price for a Dodge Ram truck is ridiculous. In the States you can get a Ram truck for between $60,000 - 75,000 depending on the model.
The TRX is the absolute loaded one though, like a Raptor.
I think the escalade is $120,000, so they are putting a $60,000 markup on that suv for importation.
The 2024 Cadillac Escalade starts at about $81,895
Правельно.
That model, as equipped, is over $110,000 out the door at any US Cadillac dealership. @@charlesclement383
Your pretty chill kid new subscriber here to stay.great video bro much love from the United States of America 🇺🇸
that was pretty ballsy standing up to the fsb. take care and safe travels!

Oh Ivan , you rock 👍 even though those people are mad and trying to scare you,you just keep going . Awesome . 👏
That was a very nice car dealership. I really liked the vintage Land Cruiser. For your information: A 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV-V costs $163,635 in Arizona. Take care of yourself, don't cause any trouble.
I love it. You said I’m walking here.
Там половина стоимости таможня, утилизационный сбор, доставка...
😂 WHERE??????
It’s so expensive because essentially it’s black market with all the sanctions.
Russian prices reflect paying several middle men on the circuitous route to get the vehicle to Russia....can you say sanctions?
В России жутко дорогие тачки и жутко дешёвое все остальное.
That $180,000 Escalade, here in Detroit, is about $100,000. Love your channel
Carrying charges. My question is parts and service.
Great job standing up for your rights. You weren't hurting nothing by filming those cars.
Like they give a damn. It’s not like they won’t just get rid of anyone causing trouble.
The business owners were exercising their rights of personal property.
There re no rights in russia
It was private property. If someone is on my land photographing things and I don't want them there, they're not going to be doing it.
I don't know what his rights are. I don't think he cares either. That's called i don't give a F*ck. SIR
Bought a new left over 2022 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, Big Horn quad cab medium based for $39,900 this past September. This was before Ram started having big discounts months ago.
Ivan, you're correct something weird with that dealership
The dealership is probably a bit of a front and has a 'relationship' with people in power (FSB) - that is how it worked in the good old days!
You have enormous balls. Dont end up in a bad situation.
Or extremally small brain.
That’s insane, you would think they want people with a following to film their business and what they sell, make or build. People are like that here in the US also. WASN’T EXPECTING THAT ENDING😂
102k in my city (Knoxville, TN, USA) for a 2024 but the more reasonable buy would be an older one for 36k that's still very nice
Instead of the smell of shoes it smells like burgers. AMUUUUUURRICAAA!!!
Dodge ram is pretty expensive in Sweden even old ones.
You’re very brave Ivan
He is little nazi
lol
Or reckless ha ha
If I spoke to MI6 like that , I’d expect to be taken into the investigation room..
Maybe Ivan is winding us up and he was really talking to the Valet apprentice.
A brand new 2024,Cadillac Escalade ESV-V with everything in it and the 6.2l V8 costs around $163,000, plus tax and dealership fees.
Over 100k for a dodge ram? They can’t even sell them here for 40 lol
A 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 would cost anywhere from 40 to 60,000 depending on version trim an options they usually start around 40
Cars are from Canada, one lifted off of drives every 2 minutes.
was thinking that too

Or maybe this "dealership" is an fsb honeypot and they merely stopped by to collect their monthly audio video surveillance and list of shoppers and buyers. Theyll run the tapes through facial recognition no doubt.
I love what ever you send us. Happy you got out ok,but pleas be careful there. Won't want to lose you. You are a good Russian,be safe. The basic RAM is $39.420 and the Basic Cadillac Escalade starts at about $81,895. Hopes this helps you.
I wonder if these cars are stolen. It's pretty common for gangs to steal American cars and ship them overseas.
Great video, Ivan and Evalina. You guys need to come car shopping in the US. Much love. 💖

@@luckyguy600 really?that uninformed?
A video about car dealerships in Russia that is not about car dealerships in Russia. Well done, my friend. Спасибо.
You are a legend my brother!
Those prices are 50-100% higher than in the US. Those vehicles appear to be maxxed out with luxury options. If they weren’t maxxed out then the average mid-level version would a third or a quarter that price in the US.
I'm guessing that they didn't want video evidence of all the vehicals they shouldn't have because of the sanctions.
this is the right answer as all those vehicles were acquired through grey channels, most likely bought from countries in middle east hence why the prices is 2x-3x their original value.
In the U.S. we are all complaining about the high price of trucks and SUVs. A well-optioned pickup truck might cost $70,000 or more. Many of us remember when these were considered work vehicles, and you could get them for closer to $30,000 in the 1990s.
Those vehicles are half that price in usd in usa. Exchange rate is strange.
look up import tariffs
Ivan, I think my neighbor’s stolen pickup truck was in your video. I’m only half kidding. Huge operation for stealing and shipping out vehicles from the US and Canada out of West Coast ports. The “dealership” owner has connections all right!
I had to switch devices ... something just fried my brand new phone I'm a security analyst, at my own company. I contract out. The stuff is going on in the background. Be careful to leave as soon as possible. By the way, dodge is crap anymore since Stalantis bought them out.
Yep true about Dodge.
Definitely take your meds though
"Do you have a problem?" "your gonna have a problem". Hell ya brother. Great to see others in the world still have a spine. With respect, from rural Oregon ,USA.
Ivan, great job for standing up for yourself!. Please stay out of any high-rise buildings especially if you are near the window, I hear in Russia, that some people ACCIDENTALLY fall out of six-story windows.
Your confidence and command of the subject is what makes these dealership walk-arounds so compelling. Your love for cars and automotive culture comes across so genuine and appealing. It's irresistible and has an early days Doug DeMuro energy. Worked out ok for him.
Thank you for what you are doing!

The RAM 1500 in Australia range in proce from AUD 120K for a BigHorn through to AUD225K for a TRX. These are drive away prices so include taxes and registration. All RAMs sold in Australia are converted by the importer to right hand drive. Cars have to be over 30 years old before they can be registered still being Left Hand Drive.
In the uk wee can buy new LHD ..but the insurance guys ask questions…” which side is the control side”? So expect $60,000 dollars to be spent there instead..but American postmen drive RHD…to avoid SPLAT on the job.
