i have a shelf full of Arthurian novels in my library and the Pendragon Cycle has got to be one of my favorites! I love that The Daily Wire is now giving it attention. About time! 😉
Having read some Arthuriana these last few years (Rosemary Sutcliffe, Bernard Cornwell, Sean Poage, Lavie Tidhar, Alfred Duggan), I hope to get to this series and Giles Kristian’s Trilogy next year, great pitch! 😃
I would love to hear your comments on the later books. Book 6 "Avalon" and the upcoming Book 7 "Aurelia". I haven't read them all yet but am planning to do a whole read of the entire series in the future. I know at least the original Trilogy is being re-released in trade paperback and the new book in hardcover. I hope Books 4-6 are also to be re-released.
I haven't read this myself, then again I've never been much of an Arthurian fan. It has slowly been growing on me though, with stuff like the recent Green Knight film, which I think is one of the best fantasy films in years.
Thank you for this review! I’ve been curious about this series. I love the Cornwell series.
I want to get to the Cornwell books! I really thought these books were fantastic and hope more people check them out.

I think the best Arthur stories are the ones that add a significant spin to them. (For better or worse The Green Knight film definitely does that)
How about book 6: Avalon?
@@zionfortuna you know I haven’t read it yet and heard mixed things about it. Have you read it?
@@iSamwise I haven't, I was just curious why you didn't mention it.
The daily wire is make a tv show based on these book series.
@@Melvinshermen I’m interested to see if it’s any good
