Yeah but I loved it when I saw it before the US release last year in May 2020. It got really deep and I especially enjoyed William, Flash, Buck and everyone else.
The dialogue doesn't quit match up with the lip flaps. If I had to make a guess, it was originally in another language before getting a dub. It would also explain why certain sentences are practically overlapping, the English sentences are longer than the foreign-language ones

I was a little confused at first as I know this film as Astro Kid and completely understand why the name was changed, Terra Willy just sounds wrong and extremely funny lol. I was surprised by how good the film was, thoroughly enjoyed watching it :)
I like this very much. The character designs are nice and I like a lot of the technology we see being used- a lot of interesting ideas. However I do have one minor criticism. At around 2:19 in the video, where Willy asks, “Can I first finish this level?” the “first” should actually come at the end: “Can I finish this level first?” That’s how that question is usually asked in English. I saw a release date for France in the description and while I’m not fluent in French, I assume that the word order in that line was originally from French. It’s not a *huge* deal, just something to note.

99% animation 1% sound mixing. The characters talk over each other. They don't let each other finish what they're saying like it's oblivion dialogue.
