Despite how Mario Vs. Donkey Kong Remake lacks most things like Mario’s gibberish talking, DK’s crying at the true ending, and Toads’ pulling fingers at the first ending, I personally think that this Remake is still amazing and it’s truly made with charm! Especially remaking the DK mech in the True Final Boss and its music!
I do wanna point out in the cutscene before DK kidnap 3 toads, the remake lacks Mario Laughing with mini Marios in front of DK as well as the toads laughing before getting kidnapped. In the original also, u see DK climbing while holding toads then Mario takes an elevator going up. After the fight, u can see in the original also the breaking of glass containers of Mini Marios. Now for the cutscene before True Final Boss, Mario laughs before Mini Marios come out of the sack in the original as well. Although I do miss DK crying in the cutscene after the True Final boss as well as the dialogue spoken by the one and only Charles Martinet
Since Nintendo chose to reuse the original voice clips for this one, they might reuse the ones for The Thousand Year Door, and Luigi's Mansion as well. Hopefully, this won't be the last we hear of Charles.

Finished Mario vs Donkey Kong Remake on my Switch! Really hard but fun puzzle sloving! Don't think I will replay this game again due to me being a bit bad at puzzles. However, it was an fun game! Despite Mario not saying Big Monkey again. I still love the ending! XD Bye Mario vs Donkey Kong Remake!
While I think that the original Gameboy Advance version is better, the music is epic, the bit where DK crashed down on the delivery van was awesome and the end credits are really good.
I’m so happy Nintendo went down the nostalgia route and brought back Charles martinet for this game after his retirement (I don’t want to think about that day) but I’m still sad about one thing donkey Kong 1994 not getting a remake since this year is the 30th anniversary of that game and even though I never played it it’s one of my all time favourites games especially the final level and second final boss music it’s so awesome
Its kinda sad that in the remake didn't put Mario, Mini Mario and Toads laughing at DK that his bag is empty and then he got mad so he grab 3 Toads and in the remastered DK capture them for no reason. Also in the expert mode cutscenes i could tell that DK is waiting for the end credits to finish so he can continue screaming almost breaking the fourth wall.
I like to imagine that mario only hands the mini mario to donkey kong for PR reasons and then immediately proceeds to sue the crap out of him for business damages
What makes me a little funny is that in the original I mean the game boy Advance When Donkey Kong ran out of mini Marios Mario started to laugh along with the mini Marios that he rescued and the toads

Too bad that mario, the minister and the toads don't point and laugh at DK in this version when he loses all the toys in his bag. DK is pissed in the ending instead of crying and mario is not pissed at DK at all... its like they tried to make mario much more sympathetic in this remake

They ruined these cutscenes, I don't care if the original game had just slideshow images and the remake has high-quality HD animation. Mario spoke more in the original cutscenes, the original game was the time Charles Martinet proved that Mario could speak longer sentences and sound great, it's a shame we never got a Mario cartoon with Charles Martinet in it, it was also funny to hear Mario speaking gibberish. In the original, Mario, the Minis and the Toads laughing at Donkey Kong was funny, this gave Mario some personality, and no, Mario is not evil for laughing at Donkey Kong, he stole his toys, and in the remake, DK kidnaps the Toads for no reason, in the original, he was angry that the Toads laughed at him. And most importantly, Donkey Kong crying in the ending was very funny, so much that I keep remembering the original ending for how simple it was, but also so memorable, why change that? Just because Donkey Kong is supposed to be badass and crying goes against his personality?
Remember that they had the original voice recordings of the game in high uncompressed quality, but they still refused to use much of the original voices and likely not because they were lost, only because they didn't want them.
