Amazing episode, but it has 2 adaptation errors in the fight between Kurumi and Kotori:
3:45 ¿Why did Kurumi used Dalet here and then she looked exhausted? In the novel, Kotori´s previus attack not only burned her clones, it wounded her from the shoulder to the opposite hip. So she healed herself. The anime censored that wound and as a result her actions were a little strange, for me at least.
4:34 So, that massive attack destroys the ground, burns the clones, and damages the clock, but does the original Kurumi get away with it? In the novel, she also lost an arm. So her angel damaged, her army turned into ashes and she herself seriously wounded. All in the blink of an eye. That´s the reason she lost the will to fight
So from this episode we can get these messages:
- It is possible for human to become spirits.
- Apparently turning into spirits comes with certain degree of memory loss, as Kotori cannot remember how she became a spirit.
- Combining these two facts, it actually makes it possible that some other spirits could also be human, but transformed into a spirit. They can simply just forget they were a human in the past.
- Kotori's spirit power was sealed by Shido 5 years ago, which means he at least had this power since 5 years ago (could pretty much be born with it)
- Shido can use Kotori's healing power after he sealed Kotori's power. Does that mean he could potentially use other powers from the spirits he sealed?
- Origami thinks the spirit of fire killed her parents.
- If the spirits REALLY wants, they can unseal themselves and gain full power back.
@MisterPineapple If you want to distinguish kurumi from its clone you need to know that only real kurumi can use Zafkiel

Well actually kurumi is more powerful than every spirits excluding mukuro like they can be rival in the case of strength but kurumi lost cuz she wasn't prepared for kotori and kotori turned berserk made kurumi a bit worry and top of that kurumi is the only spirit who cannot produce reiryoku on her own therefore her angel zafkiel sucks out her lifespan to use them as her powers this is the reason why kurumi killed humans (well she has a sense of justice inside her which is twisted so she only kills r@pers, animal abusers)
