  • No matter your age,, you certainly have cravings for that little coconut bar hidden under a sweet and addictive chocolate coating. The bounty bars are one of the most preferred on the go candy when it comes to sweets. In today’s recipe, we share with you an easy and straightforward recipe that uses only healthy ingredients to make your preferred treat a nutritious and delicious sweet. You’ll need to replace that condensed milk full of refined sugar with coconut oil (a source of good fats) and white raw honey (a natural, nutritious and healthy sweetener). Add to that some finely shredded coconut. Cover with a good chocolate of your choice and voila! You have on your hands the most healthy bounty bar on earth. Enjoy safely and parsimoniously with your loved ones!
    Ingredients:
    1 ½ cups shredded coconut
    ¼ cup coconut oil + 1 tsp. for melting the chocolate
    ⅓ cup white raw honey (or any white sweetener of your choice)
    ½ cup dark chocolate chips
    Ingrédients:
    1½ tasses noix de coco

    Incroyable ! Je l'ai testé aujourdhui en mettant du sirop d'agave au lieu du miel et le resultat et incroyable. Je n'aime pas trop les bounty de base mais là j'en mange avec plaisir. Merci 🙌

    I have just stumbled across your page and I am loving everything I see, I made the lentil cake/bread yesterday, it was a bit dense for some reason but still very tasty. Thanks for sharing.

      Yes, breads made from lentils or legumes in general tend to be denser than regular flour. You can whip the egg whites if you have the patience to do so and add them to the batter. It will lighten your breads (made with red lentil or chickpeas) more 🤗

    How do you store them? How long do they stay fresh?

      Because of the chocolate, you need to keep them in the fridge for a few days (up to 10 days) or in the freezer (for a few months) 🙏
