yo my guy... not sure if this will help you... but ive found that anything with rendering H265 (AKA HEVC) on mac os always does something like that where it drops corrupt frames... ive had issues with it when i make videos... its annoying but i started working exclusively in H264 instead when i have to use mac os and that seems to have fixed the issue. its def something apple has to address but it might help you out if H264 ends up working for you too in the meantime until they actually fix this
