Go for own house,I mean buy a house, instead of paying rent ,you can take emi's
House rate is not less!! Moreover bank won’t give 100%loan based on many criteria they decide how much to give n 80% is max. Resent will be less emi will be more also 20% they need to go if going for loan plus there will registration charges it’s not easy. For example 2bhk if we r paying 20k-30k rent within that emi won’t come dear emi will be way more house rate is not less too.
