Some people don't understand that very old apartments and houses will still look shabby after you clean them -- because they're old. Cleaning doesn't make it new -- it just makes it not dirty. And most people who clean their own house are not professionals either!! You're doing a wonderful job helping out folks who need a hand. 💕

I am always amazed at what you do to clean these extremely dirty places. The complainers would never even step into these places, let alone clean them. As for the leggings, I imagine they would be so much more comfortable to clean in with all the bending, squatting & stretching you have to do. Thank you for the videos.

Barbie, you are a WARRIOR. Negative comments come from sad people who are threatened by your compassion, kindness and confidence. They likely cannot recognize this, and react with negative comments as a sort of defense. This is my own opinion! I'm pretty old, 71, and I've made cleaning my recreation for many years. You, Mack, Bonnie, Auri...you are my cleaning family. This is a pretty tight community and we are protective of you all. Delete with vigor those rude comments.

There is definitely something wrong with people who leave negative comments. What you do to help people is amazing!
I think that stuff that was stuck on the floor was some rubber backing off an old bath mat or rug.
It seems to break down when it gets wet and if it is just left like that, the rubber back will start to peel away from the rug and stick to the floor.

It really does make a difference! My old apartment tub has looked dingy since I first moved in -- maintenance definitely did not use Barkeeper's Friend. I've been trying to get that ancient grime off forever and finally used it and the tub looks like new!

Huge improvement, Barbie! I’m sure the homeowner appreciates your hard work. As far as the negative comments, block them immediately, don’t even mention them and move on. You have a very large fan base who love you the way you are.
Have you tried using an electric spinner brush for the larger areas of the bathtub walls? Then use the detail brush for the smaller areas. I just don't want you to have to work any harder than you have to. I see the resident is diabetic. Having a clean home will help them avoid infections as diabetics don't have the best immune system. Finally, another excellent job Barbie!

I really like everything about that toilet. I like the “public bathroom” style flusher and that it has plenty of room behind and around it to clean. I think I may have 3-4 inches behind mine to clean and I can never really see very good back there. Lol

It makes me so angry to see the condition of these apartments! The landlord should replace all that rotted wood and horrible tile. It's not fair to make someone pay to live in a place that is falling apart and dangerous. Also it's so hard to keep anything clean in that condition.
