Hello Gaurav sir I'm a food truck operator by profession and i try to keep upmost priority of hygiene so I've got gloves on all the time with every utensils thoroughly washed and sanitized (UV), and i also use completely fresh ingredients nothing rotten or expired will go in the food, even tho i use minimal oil and salt compared to others i will still not recommend someone to eat my food daily use food joints like me as a little break from home food and a little bit quality time with your loved ones, and if possible choose a little expensive place like me who takes a little more but cares about hygeine and quality control...., all of us aren't the same... It's onto the public to choose where they wanna eat from and it seems like they choose super low level food joints and restaurants for money ammount of reasons, plz don't do this to your health guys....
