Hi, does this engine have a PCV valve or diaphram? Does it have any PCV system at all? I have been looking for ages but didn't find any info about it. My engine has very high oil consumption and I think part of it might because of it. Hope you can answer my question. Great video btw!😊

why in the all videos that person not using any type of glue or silicone to sill the cover of blockhead, or is not necessary to use any glue in any surface ???? because I always use silicone to sill something
Hi! We repair every engine following the OEM manufaturer instructions. Silicone sealant use is only recommended in some areas that are indicated in the original warehouse manual. Thanks for your comment and best regards.
Hello! In this case, we always recommend being used that valve steam installation tool, because it prevents possible damage on the head of the seal and will ensure a correct insert in the cylinder head. What kind of liquid is applying betwen the camshaft and head 12:08 ? Can i apply standard 5W30 engine oil? Can you explaxin what happens between 19:10 to 20:02 ? After the block of the the timing system and crankshaft you installed the tool for registration of the camshaft position sensor disc. Then you tightened the both camshaft bolts by 1Kpm initially. After the registration tool and all blockades are removed, you tightened the bolts finally by 5Kpm. Then screws were tightened for 60 degrees angle. As we can see, the sensor disc is rotating in this step, but in the next step the position of sensor is correct. I see some discrepancy between these steps. Anyway, really good and detailed tutorial!
This liquid is mechanical assembly oil. Yes, you can apply standard engine oil. Between 19:10 and 20:02, we apply the torque and angular tightening to the camshaft bolts in the following sequence, 1kpm / 5kpm + 60 degrees. After that, we turn the crankshaft 2 turns and we put the synchronization tools to check the moment of the belt. You are right, keep in mind that sometimes it is necessary to record at a different time than the right assembly .
