I wish I had finished the video before commenting now. I love the idea of going for both, and the overlap issue doesn’t seems like too much of a problem. I’m interested to know what split you settled on, 50/50? Also, must have considered going for sp500 and an all world ex US?
For all investing in accounts that are automated, I just do 50/50 now, yes, but I have one investment account I have to do manually every month, so I alternate monthly to save on fees, one month all S&P 500, the next month all msci world…not sure it’s the best approach, but it’s certainly super simple 😆 The allocations are not 50/50 anymore though, and now I wonder about rebalancing…Just gonna leave it as is for the moment, I guess…Thanks for commenting and the encouragement 😊☺️
