Cabin crew and flight crew are quick to use “interfering with a flight crew charge” against any passenger they don’t like. This guy is lucky this happened on the ground and not while the flight was airborne, it would have been made into a federal case by this pernicious flight attendant.
It is pretty shocking how much air travel has deteriorated over the decades.
Max Ward would not approve.

"Once onboard, the purser conducts all announcements over the PA system and updates the pilots on any information that they should know from the cabin. When working with passengers, they are in charge of ensuring landing cards are handed out, and keeping travelers abreast of any changes in flight time, upcoming turbulence, and meal services.
However, the purser also ensures that any misbehaving passengers are dealt with adequately and any heated situations are resolved calmly. In the worst cases, the purser can also recommend a passenger be removed from the aircraft for their actions in air rage cases."
@@garymccollom3759 you may wish to add the following amendment to the Air Canada manual for cabin crew: you are there to serve the passengers not the other way around. air canada is garbage. they sited me next to the toilet bcz i couldnt do a checkin bcz their site was broken
I used to work for them half the time those blankets are not washed just folded and reused. Even on international flights.
Yuck!?!!
And not just Air Canada. If it's in plastic it's been cleaned. But most just get pulled off a seat back from last flight. So I stopped using them.
Eww
I have worries about bedbugs in them
Air Canada have served me frozen food not once but on two separate occasions. When I notified the cabin crew she just said, "What do you want me to do about it?" The other passengers sitting near me all heard her reply and stood up for me. Then they started to offer me their non frozen food. Needless to say all four of my experiences with Air Canada have been awful. Staff are dismissive, rude and have a chip on their shoulder and need to be retrained. If I had another choice I would never travel with them.

There’s got to be another side to the story isn’t it amazing how only one side gets put on the news🙄
I always find there are too many blankets and what to do with it, in a bank of 3 seats probably 2 unused blankets
In April of this year, I boarded AC from delhi to montreal, I had seat near emergency door, I touched the emergency door while stretching my legs, and the flight attendant became so furious and started blaming me that you are risking life of everyone on board, I was so scared by her blame, that it prompted me to request a seat change to her supervisor, after seat change I heard them chatting frequently that is he behaving? Horrible experience, and really bad treatment by Air Canada crew, will never ever forget that.
I'm Canadian and I don't fly with Air Canada. Why would I?
Some years ago I was yelled at by an Air Canada crew for asking for another small bottle of wine. She loudly accused me of wanting to take it home and thereby breaking the law. I should have taken her to task but chose not to escalate the issue.
I fly internationally and I vowed not to take an AC flight again. I have kept my vow.
Flight attendants have been given way too much power now. They think they're "air cops".

How about the whole story
Flight attendants are trained to diffuse situations. You can bet on it that this passenger had pushed her to her limits. He should not get compensation for his part in this incident.
I’ve been on a few flights with either a passenger altercation or a passenger to flight attendant altercation. One flight had flight attendants who could not deescalate the situation for the life of them. Thankfully there was a cop and sorted it out in 5 min. Training flight attendants to learn how to handle these situations should be mandatory. Don’t take me wrong, most of the time passengers are the ones at fault but it gets blown out of proportion by flight attendants.
she's standing up for her crew. she says no bullying tolerated so I wonder what really happened. wouldn't be surprised if some moroccans were being rude ass

To be fair to the flight attendant we're only seeing what happened after, not before. I'd venture to guess that this was not simply over a passenger politely asking for a blanket.

Flight attendants don’t act like this unless there is a reason. Either she was heckled or felt unsafe with the fact she says “ no bullying against the crew” means something else happened before this video was recording.
