10:35 is an important point about this discussion. Sexe =/= Gender and folks need to understand that difference. Sports aint about gender, its about Sexe. So whilst people can acknowledge the Gender you identify with, you cannot change your sexe. Sports has NOTHING to do with your gender expression, stop bringing it up.
They actually represented the Trans folk well, because this is their entire argument. There's no deep intellectual argument to support their ideology. It's really just based off their feelings and anecdotal experiences. This is truly the best you'll get.
There are some (not sure how many) trans people that agree that mens and womens sports should stay separate (there is a video with Caitlyn Jenner's comments on it, for example). There are some trans athletes that still compete with others of the same biological sex

Even if you're trans, you are admitting you are in the *wrong body*. You must recognise that your body is different therefore to the gender you claim to be.
There’s an interview with Serena Williams in which she says she’d lose against a male player because there are differences in the mechanics of it all. I believe she, as one of the best tennis players in the world, most likely knows what she’s talking about.
Exactly theirs examples in a lot of sports.Anyone remember in the golfing world when Michelle Wie played on the men’s tour or one of the best women golfers of all time Annika Sorenstam.Michelle Wie ended five strokes shy of even qualifying and Annika actually ended tied first in an event for driving accuracy but ended 85th for driving distance
She said that because she experienced it. Before she said she could beat any male player. Then a 203 rd rank male tennis player beat her and her sister badly 6-1 and 6-2. The man didn't have the best shape, have been neglecting his training and still won. He said that in his condition, his rank should be below 300.
I’m saying bro, if we speak truth, we get cancelled. We can get so liberal we ignore facts, tired of this group think. I support Trans rights but gah damn, combat sports? Bro that can work at the elementary way, but put a woman heavy weight against a male heavy weight, the woman is getting seriously hurt. I don’t get these arguments like, why can’t people express truth without getting cancelled. We can’t everything we want in America and we gotta stop acting like we can. Sensitive topic, but damn; we gotta stop this
I know people use the participation trophy analogy, but it's really true. When everyone believes they're a winner without having to earn anything, they become entitled and believe that what they feel is all that matters.
I interned in college at my local LGBT center. The director was celebrating the ability for trans people to play sports. When I brought up the biological advantage after puberty, she said, "You're right! That's why we work so hard to get them transitioning before puberty." I felt sick.

Thank You, and if you disagree with what they say you're Transphobic. Phobic: As in Phobia meaning the strong Irrational Fear of something. So I have a strong Irrational fear of you, if I disagree with you? It's used and without even knowing the meaning. I think the word they're looking for is Bigot or Self hating Transman. Yet still not the case with you being Transgender, Internalized Transphobia, would mean you're strongly irrationally afraid of yourself. Then Finally If you're Phobic of transmen, then why would you go through everything it takes to become one. That's like a person who's phobic of apes Cosplaying King Kong. OMG how do you live with yourself being so afraid of yourself. Are you ever worried that you would Oppress, and or commit a hate crime against yourself? lol People are Idiots no?
Thanks, as if your opinion should be dismissed for any excuse. What is “internalized transphobia”? Glad you spoke up, next they call you a “radical” of some kind.
Am black but because of my conservative political views I have been labelled a 'white supremacist pawn' by the SJWs, being woke is basically being irrational.
Did that guy really praise a 10 year-old girl for beating other 10 year-old boys at wrestling?? THEIR BODIES ARE BASICALLY THE SAME! Laughable argument.
Being a former athlete I hate the fact they won’t acknowledge the fact that yes you may work hard on your sport, but that dose not change the fact that some walls can not be climbed on hard work alone.
YUP. As a natural female powerlifter that’s in one of the lower weight classes, I would never want to compete with someone on PEDs, someone bigger than me, or someone biologically male. I work my a$$ off day in and day out but there is just no denying that people in the categories I mentioned have a SIGNIFICANT advantage over my 5’2” biologically female “unenhanced” frame! Notice how the sports they mentioned were things like equestrian sports and roller derby and not strength sports. And notice how in weightlifting the trans woman won. No disrespect and I absolutely affirm whatever gender people want to identify as, but there’s just no wiggle room on this with sports!
Some people are born with talent. To get to the same level, other people must hone their skills. It is possible to hone your skills past the level of somebody with raw untrained talent. When somebody with talent hones their skills and gets trained talents, you aren't going to compete with them using skills alone. That's the nature of competition. To make sports fairer, as many external/immutable characteristics are removed as practically possible. Applying this into the context of male and female sports, male have natural "talent" when it comes to skeletal muscle output power generation rate and relaxation/recovery rates, bone density, circulatory throughput. This is embedded in genes such as the myosin heavy chain gene. Hormones absolutely cannot change this. Females can compete with males if they work disproportionately harder than their male counterparts, that is the exception not the rule. That does not mean it should become the new norm. To defeat this argument take it to its extremes... Mike Tyson fighting a quadriplegic woman.
If you took 100 million people and made them all train like Usain Bolt, there would still only be one Usain Bolt. At the top level of these crafts genetic potential becomes a variable. Males have much more genetic potential for sports performance naturally.
The "some women are stronger than some men" argument is one of the most annoying arguments I've seen them use. Since it ignores the fact that we're talking about competitive sports, where the high end of any physical spectrum is gathered. In which case male advantages will be even further exaggerated than the norms.
@@Dontcallmebruh Whats exactly science ? Science 50 years ago advised tobacco and heroín to cure your lungs and throat , science is evolving every day and It changes their axioms very often , so again which science are you talking about that we must follow and Believe ?
Look man, everyone deserves to be heard. That doesn’t mean everyone should be considered a reliable source of information. I kinda feel like asking a trans female athlete about this is like asking the tobacco companies if smoking is harmful. There’s a conflict of interest.
I agree but equally there are trans people who aknowledge the advantage of trans women & they are ignored or woke people say they somehow don't count as being LGBT because of wrong think.
I was thinking the same thing. It’s not like the trans athletes are gonna say, “well yeah, of course it’s unfair for the others I compete against, but I don’t care.”
@@NotAnotherKuromi yeah but its a trans ATHLETE. Someone with an obvious interest. A normal trans person would have been fine, but this is obviously a problem to include an athlete. If they were committed to neutrality then a bio female athlete should have been included to balance it.
I was a national level swimmer. I started competition at 9years old, which means i went through intensive training throughout my entire puberty, resulting on me having broader shoulders, longer arms, bigger feet, more muscle mass and bigger lungs than the normal female. I still easily lost against the weakest male in our team. I was the best at long distance and a disgrace on short so many times I competed on the mixed category of 1500m (female category only goes as far as 800m) and no single female could surpass the slowest guys
I am a very strong woman, I fought men in the Military during training because of my strength. I am also a domestic violence victim and my strength did not save me, there are lines that cannot be crossed. Their arguments were ridiculous, this conversation is a mixture of confusion and bs.
I'm sorry about what you went through. On that note, Training is exactly what it is, its training. When you were fighting men in the military, they are not trying to kill you, its not a life or death situation. When a female who did in fact train with men, fights a man who is actually trying to cause bodily harm and possibly kill her, its a entirely different scenario. Same thing in sports, they may train with men, but when it comes down to the "Nitty Gritty" or the "Real Deal" you have to factor in things like True absolute strength, Adrenaline, Bone density, lung capacity, ETC.
We have men and women’s sports separate for a reason, same for athletes with disabilities, why? To resolve this issue and keep things equal and fair, so why not just have another category for trans athletes? 🤷🏽♀️
Well, so trans man (born woman) that takes testosteron should compete cis women? Not sure if that is balanced too. Its really hard question. I support trams people and trans people in sport, but i dont know myself how i would decide it to be fair. Maybe as i read somewhere long time ago, fuck it, let everyone take steroids they like, i want to see what human body can actually do.
@@mxpofficial3443 The only solution is to separate trans women and trans men into 2 separate categories . But are there that many trans athletes to even do that division for major sports ?
@@mxpofficial3443 funny that they let a trans man join a high school girls wrestling tournament and she won by a landslide. It seems that they only wanna compete with the weaker sex aka the women but they won't let a transman compete against a naturally born male athletes. They just wanna deface all women from the face of sports. Don't they know that most girls who compete in sports do sports because they want scholarships from universities and its one of the most less expensive ways and you need talent to join. Even some trans athletes are talented, they need to make their own category and not make women's sports more unfair than as to what is. Ironically most women support these movements but lil did they know this is killing off women out of sports. That's why its categorized by sex and not gender. Heck a lot of them would lose their minds if one suggests a transman to compete against natural born males.
As someone who studies a lot about pharmacology and endocrinology. Even after years of HRT, Male to Female trans women still have almost double the amount of testosterone than the average woman. The one swimmer, who won first place in NCAA, had her blood work done and even after years of HRT, she still had about 112 ng/dL of testosterone in her blood, compared to the average woman on the higher end of the spectrum having 70 ng/dL. And there are compounds that can help flatline the Test, but I'll keep it 100 with yall, flatlining your test as a biological male is more stress than most trans people would want. The mental side effects alone would be enough to want to stop treatment. It's not worth it just to be on an even playing ground with women. Not to mention physical traits anyways.
They can take blockers though, but even then, they still have more muscle mass, lung capacity, the bone structure for speed, than cis women after two years in HRT in a study.
The girl who said she doesn’t think they shouldn’t be in separate categories….soooo why do we have the Special Olympics then?? 🤔🤔 let’s go ahead and have them compete with able bodied people and see how that works out. There’s a reason for the categories. The unfair advantages/disadvantages which Aba & Preach already explained in the video.
my reasoning for there not being separate categories was different. I am thinking along the lines of there simply not being enough competitors to support it. they are also going to want recognition/time on air and pretty much NOBODY is going to watch it. separate categories would be a waste but you make a great point about the Special Olympics. it gives the disabled a chance to compete, especially when they didnt choose to be disabled
@@edwardkicks6589 This is an amazing point actually I agree with as well as the original comment of @A.J.H up there. From a personal perspective I know that people even don't follow the Special Olympics as much as the normal ones, let alone they would follow the transgender Olympics (let's just call it this way atm since I cannot get a better name). This is probably the only point in sports where the general negativity towards transgender people is taking a toll, which would actually be a good argument if that transwoman person with the piercing made.
If you let women play with men not one woman will get drafted in the nba, but if you let men play with women you'll have Tyrone number one, Jamal number 2, Tyson number 3 and etc. It'll be all men. men will eventually replace women if people were actually picking them based on their skills
in 2017 the USA women's soccer team lost 5-2 to a boys UNDER-15 team in a scrimmage. in 2014, a high school boys hockey team beat the women's USA team 2-1 in OT. there's obvious, biological reasons that men and women don't play together yet this is somehow controversial...

The guy that crushed Serena was ranked 200 and right before he shutout Serena, he shutout Venus, before that he was drinking while playing a full round of golf all in the same day. lol. There is simply no comparison.
Tbf if he'd of taken testosterone supressents he'd could of lost but only beacuse he was ranked 200, any other male player in the top 100 or so would of beat her on suppresents easily.
Just because a woman trains with men in mma doesn't mean she can beat dudes in live competition. Not by a long shot lol. It's called restraint and respecting your training partners. That person is wild.
When I was taking JiuJitsu as a white belt I went against a 3 stripe brown belt (female) who weighed 170lb less than I do, and even showing restraint it was easy to just over power and resist submissions because of my significant size/strength advantage. When I was still fighting as a 6'7 265lb (which I cut to from 285-290lb) male I couldn't identify as a light weight and take those fights, it's wild. I just don't understand why people call this conversation transphobic, it's empowering to women by preserving the integrity of their league, and acknowledging that we have an introduction for another league.
Not to mention, those random guys in sparring, are nowhere near championship level fighters. It's a top tier female vs a bottom tier male, and even in those sparring sessions sometimes the guy has to reel it in. They'd get murdered if those were title holding men.
@Amy G And if someone discriminates against a transgender person in front of me about something that does not specifically deal with their body, I'll YEET that person out the closest window. But sports (and certain specific other jobs such as constructors) are far too dependant on physique, in which cis-males have a clear advantage because our skeletal and muscular structure has been designed and brought up for that goal.
Aba described the difference between biology and gender so beautifully and respectfully. I've never heard anyone else word it quite this way but it was absolute perfect wording. Loved this video thanks for posting!
Serena Williams played against a male tennis player who was ranked virtually dead last in the world for pro tennis players. She got absolutely obliterated. I don’t understand why we are still having this debate.
To be accurate he was ranked 203rd, had played 18 holes of golf and 2 beers before playing her then immediately went on to beat her sister in a match only giving up one more point. In interviews he claimed to be playing at the level of a 300 player just to have some fun with it.
If and or when enough Trans athletes exist to allow full blown separate categories this topic will always be a hot button issue. As a trans woman I lost muscle, however; I still know on average I’m much stronger than the average woman & for that reason I have ZERO desire to compete/fight against a woman. I swear this issue is doing NOTHING but just hurting Trans acceptance. I get it if I was into sports & transitioned, the desire to still compete would be there but should I? Absolutely not on a ranked match, friendly non competitive setting, sure… but ranked? No, it’s not fair as simple as that. It ain’t discrimination or bigotry or whatever, it just is what it is for Christ sake. Also they never wanna have people like me on videos like that because I’m not talking nonsense and just “Yas points”they wanna hear
I think most of these people know exactly whats up, they just want their narcissistic desire to have the whole world bend to their needs fulfilled. Yep. Honestly this entire obsession with gender identity seems to be based on narcissism. I was once a teen/young adult and although it wasn’t easy I don’t remember obsessing about myself like they do now. It has to be influenced by social media and the participation trophies.
The transgender guy who said he didn't get scholarship would perhaps get it if he wasn't competing against the males where he is clearly disadvantaged. :p He is making his opponent's exact argument right there.
He didn't get it because he was Trans. If you were listening you'll realise that he mentioned he was actually excelling in the sport and better than most of the CIS male competitors.
@@kreekevol3739 i excelled in sports in high school as well and i didn't get a scholarship either. Initially I was upset but when I saw the talent at the JuCo I realized that talent only gets you so far. You have to stand out amongst everyone nationally, not just your league.
It's the definition of an echo chamber, except they let some people voice the opposing sides views only to drown out those views with editing (in this case, increasing the pro integration trans-athletes echo and drowning out the pro-female sports/fairness side). Notice that the side whose ideas haven't been directly challenged is the side with weak arguments that are degrading into feelings and anecdotal 'evidence'. Someone with better moderating abilities and a better taste in casting would make a great channel. At this point, Jubilee is rotten.
I think the most awkward part about this entire thing is that they tried to change the definition of gender for their own benefit when the word was originally created so that people wouldn't have to say the word sex because it reminded them too much of the sexual activity. Back in the day that was considered inappropriate to talk about in public and that's why they came up with the word gender instead. They are both technically supposed to mean the same thing, it's just that one of them is safer to say in public. Now they want to tear all of that down and they're angry that they're getting push back for it.
That is what happens when dumb people seize the monopoly on speech. Not only in America but I have to contend to them here in Croatia because I use online platforms based in the US. When only one group gets to speak they become majorly identitarian and then intellectual discussion and actual progress are zilch.
This is actually what happens when people don't understand "equality" between the sexes. There are things women do better than man and vice versa. Should barely be a conversation but people nowadays assume when you're being factual, you're a bigot or something 🤷🏽♂️ Just let transwomen compete in women's sports and watch them break records left and right for women's sports.. nobody will make changes until professional women athletes begin to quit over the unfair advantage.

At this point I feel the best medicine is to just let the trans have what they want so reality can prove them wrong as trans-women smoke the competition regularly. I am a Genetic Male. I was found to be Gender Dysphoric at age five. (Being native I was told I was "of two spirits") All my life I had Over tight tendons and long legs so by the time I was 13 I was hitting near Olympic times in the 440 and relays. In Highschool I was deciding whether or not to transition and thus I had to have a talk with the track coach. I was told that it would be awkward as far as locker room privileges, but I would be welcome to run for the girls' team. I was raised with the knowledge that boys/Men and girls/Women were built different and it was immoral for boys to compete against girls in many sports so I opted to quit track despite how much it would have been good for my Self-image as a girl. I knew that ultimately; I would be taking so much away from the girls and that would not help me gain any perches in the pear group I was trying to get in to. Girls would not be accepting of me taking from them and my own wins would all be hallow and pointless. Girls, Ladies, if you are put into a position where you are "Expected" to compete like this Walk on to the track or mat whatever and as soon as the gun sounds or the whistle blows Sit Down Cross your arms and calmly Say No and offer the trans person the opportunity to talk about it thus offering them some acceptance. Tell them You train as hard as them and so by them competing with a clear advantage they are Stealing from you your opportunities and if that is how they think they will ever gain acceptance in to the one pear group they want most, they are mistaken. Be kind but stand up for yourself. Know that not all of us have lost our minds and we support and Respect (and envy) You.
Wow...thank you for being honest about this! I'm sure it's been hard for you in many aspects of life, but that's very honorable of you to recognize the huge advantage you would likely have if you transitioned and started competing against girls/women. That's mainly the problem I think most people have with it (I won't speak for everyone as I know a lot of people are just hateful), that it would be unfair to the cis girls/women that didn't get to go through puberty as a male, and only then start taking hormone suppressants. I honestly feel that trans-athletes deserve to compete, but I feel that some considerations need to be made so that it can still be fair to all involved!
This whole discussion reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer starts taking karate classes and all his opponents are children.. Elaine finds out and says, "Kramer, you're fighting kids???" And Kramer says, "Well we're all at the same skill level"
I'm glad this community is liking the videos. We need to protect this channel at all costs or the algorithm will bring it down. Never have I seen such open-minded, reasonable, respectful, and yet extremely funny people in my life. You both are an inspiration to us all.
I have met a poor/mediocre athlete, who never quite got anywhere, never won anything, and he is genuinely considering transitioning to female, so he'll finally win something.
I don't get the relevance of mentioning "they're not taking into account the hours of practice I put in". Well granted a bodybuilder or pro athlete who uses steroids still has to work extremely hard to perfect their craft and compete but they have a distinct advantage over other athletes who are natural. You can't get away from that fact.
They will say anything to bend the narrative to their corrupted and insane attempts at logic - whilst their entire world view and the premise to their argument (regarding in particular women's sports) relies upon the total abandonment of logic.
It's so funny. I do Bodybuilding for 11 years now without using steroids. I was able to beat some guys on juice but while I was working as hard as them considering the juice I wasn't as muscular or as ripped as them. People are stupid!

Rolling my eyes at the ending. Training with men is not the same as being in a competition to win against a man. In college I’ve trained against men in bjj and although it made me tougher I knew that if they wanted to they could really hurt me. I was more skilled and still at times lost to a bigger man during training.
I’m thankful for the content. Very helpful and provocative . People are afraid of these issues to the point they won’t discuss them out of judgement etc… and the world is low on grace , self respect and respect for others .
Training vs an actual fight is completely different. Thank you so much for pointing this out. I am just tired of transwomen feeling so superior than women and it seems like they are trying to erase women. I support LGBTQ rights, but some of these people are becoming nuts and over stepping bounds. If a person is training they are not doing it to the point to become hurt and have it on there record. They are doing it to prepare and learn more techniques. That talking point is pure BULLSHIT and I am tired of people bringing up stupid points like that just to defend there argument.
Well.. go look at some trans page comments on youtube.. They are actually openly discussing "war" with republicans.. Like a war, war. Not a social battle.. War. 🤷♂️🤔 ok then I guess.
The issue with these arguments is 99% of the people involved in them are completely ignorant of human anatomy and the transformations they undergo as a result of training. When you include the benefits of testosterone into the equation, we see a significant pattern on the discrepancies in athletic performance between genders. Our bodies do not cannibalize things like the cellular organelles (nuclei, mitochondria) and various other components found in our muscle fibers. All of which can increase in quantity as a result of exercise. So when you build muscle, you are also improving the efficiency of the muscle cells, resulting to better performance and recovery. Both of which are absolutely essential in muscle development. Btw, testosterone is a key component in the production of muscle tissue. Testosterone jumpstarts protein synthesis to aid in recovery; along with the delaying of tissue degradation caused by our body's inflammation response from exercising. This is why just because you remove testosterone, doesn't mean you are now on an equal playing field with women. And you NEVER will be. You would literally have to travel back in time or remove muscle fibers. Keep in mind that your muscle fiber count doesn't change unless they are quite literally physically removed(surgery, physical trauma). The count you are born with is the count you die with(typically) Yes, an average women MAY be able to "dominate" an average male. But when you compare a fine tuned male athlete to a female athlete, it's night and day. Some sports could probably be mixed-gender, but most probably could not. People need to understand the world is not fair, we are designed a certain way as a result of evolution. Sometimes we draw the straw we don't like. That's quite literally life. Question, because I am unfamiliar with agricultural practices.... what sex are most of the animals that are used to assist in hard labor? (Plowing, hauling)
My problem with these arguments is when you try to converswte with them on the topic they always and I mean ALWAYS bring up something that has NOTHING to do with the topic at hand. They don't listen at all ,yet they want to be heard and force people to listen to them. I'm honestly so sick of all of this. People that aren't willing to listen aren't worth the time nor patience and they especially aren't deserving of anything they are demanding.
[Another emotional talking point by pro-transitioners is the violence against their people, in a conversation geared towards educating people so as to not end up resorting to it, the accusations and discrimination against them needs you to listen and believe, "We're the victims!" *Unspoken but implied:* "You must either go along with or do what we say! We are the supremely privileged class, give us _carte blanche!"_ ✌🏼💊]
They are not they you give them too much credit. These are entitled mem who amongst men they are the weakest link... so they come in our spaces to feel dominant
Except the average woman can't dominant the average male. Unless she puts in a lot more effort than the average male by not being average. And even then she can barely hold up to more talented male players who play the same sport as her. Unless yall are taking about shooting or contours or something
I love all people. Gay, trans, bi, he, she, they, whatever. Be whoever you want and be happy, I fully support that. But you CAN'T just sit here and say that there is NO advantage for someone born male to compete against women.
So that's works idealistically but not logically. That's why I stopped listening to Peterson awhile ago. I woke up when he showed me he conflates too much of his philosophy with objective realities which hurts some his arguments he was founded on and still stands by. The backbone of that statement depends on Petersons subjective definition of STRENGTH in the moment not the actual capability of the individual. Which is intellectually disingenuous and slightly misogynistic. He's still very insightful though but not as profound as everyone thinks.
So, I was a hockey goalie for 11 years; I did coaching with the girls (who had also played for a very long time and were very skilled), and their shot strength was like a feather pillow. I had SO MUCH TIME to react. It was unreal. With some of the shots they were taking, if it was an equally skilled guy shooter, I'd have gotten smoked, but it rarely happened. Going cross crease was so easy because comparatively they *moved so slow* and their shots and passes were so comparatively weak. In some instances I'd slide TOO FAST for their passes and leaving the opposite side open for a one timer, and had to remind myself I'm playing against girls and adjust accordingly. And I'm a goalie, goalies are at an inherent disadvantage - we play by different rules - it's not easy to catch something moving at 100kph, and the girls were struggling to top 70-80. I felt like I was playing against bantams. Im 34 now, if I could transition over to a girls beer league or jr comp, I would dominate *still* even with my MS
There's a reason the top trans women boxers in Thailand NEVER competed in the women's category, because they would DESTROY the bio women. Those trans women already transitioned and looked like women, wearing sport bras and makeup in the matches, and they still beat the male boxers. I'm all for trans' rights, but this sport subject is more of a science thing, than a social issue thing.
It's because they don't make as much money against women so they put their medical transition off. I don’t think there is anything wrong with supporting them, even if I have my reasonings to how counterproductive it is, I just don’t think that we should be disingenuous while supporting them.
"You have a massive advantage because you are naturally stronger, taller, heavier, bones more dense, heart bigger, lungs bigger and a better bone structure for generating power"..... "Yeah but you're not considering the amount of practise I have put in" I'm done.
Agree. Now extend that to larger societal outcomes outside sports to earnings being linked to natural talent and skill in addition to JUST what an individual puts in and don't get in the lefts way when they try to raise the floor of outcomes to blunt some of the unequal distributions of nature. Like universal Healthcare and ubi.

I was a pretty average athlete in high school. Placing between 2-10 on the regular in the 400m and 200m. Every single one of my races, even the ones where I placed lowest. Beat the best girls times by what would be considered a landslide between 2 guys. I smoked weed literally every day, drank at least 2 bottles of soda, practiced/trained for maybe an hour a day. Sorry. Just built different 🤷🏼♂️
If you consider the facts this isn’t even an argument worth having. This is emotion going head to head with logic. Aba & Preach did a great job dissecting this nonsense.
Especially at the end they just said this whole discussion was just a waste of time for them and for the people in the video who shouldnt be representing the trans community with nonsense.
This conversation is EXHAUSTING! How is this even a question. There's a reason Oscar de la Hoya never competed against Mike Tyson. It's the same reason Laurel Hubbard destroyed women's weightlifting. If you want to compete as a transgendered person, create your own divsion. It took years to get women's sports where they are today. Now, you want to take that away from them? Fight your own battles instead of riding the coattails of every woman who put in the time and effort to get women's sports on the map. Stop stealing glory!
Tbf Hubbard failed in the end so she didn't destory women's weightlifting....BUT she was like 40 years old or maybe even closer to 50 so really it was just age that stopped her from winning if you ask me.
Go look at some trans page comments on youtube.. They are actually openly discussing "war" with republicans. Like a war, war. Not a social battle.. War. 🤷♂️🙌

Women are so kind and accepting that we basically give away the rights we fought so hard for just to be nice. I feel like it's time to stop being so nice. Reality is not always nice.
Women need to stand up quickly or they won't have a future in sports. It's not a matter of women losing 1st place in a few sports, but being wiped off the scoreboard completely. Every single female athlete who is saying nothing for fear of losing scholarships etc... needs to understand that if they continue to say nothing they won't have a competition to go back to.
@@mcfry13 Terfs are a thing in the US too. Basically if you stand up for women without first giving heavier emphasis on trans women, you're a terf. So misogyny all over again.
Yes. Women who train with men are generally stronger cause they have to go up against faster and stronger competition. Women who can hold their own against men are automatically more revered cause they have proved their excellence in skill. It's something to be proud of like a child beating adults in Scrabble or chess. It's a huge achievement. But.. we don't do it cause it's just impossible to win in all categories. It's really tough.
I’ve often thought the same thing. I boiled it down to the fact that they KNOW they have a big advantage being born male. They don’t want to lose this advantage point blank. Putting on a dress doesn’t remove the genetic advantages of body mass etc….
I wrestled on through to college. I wasn't amazing, but I ran the gauntlet against men and women. I have faced national champs and complete scrubs. All this to say is that if all parties are cool with competing Im in full support regardless of sex/gender. HOWEVER my only caveat is when the participation results in more than pride. When a scholarship, a salary, or professional opportunities are involved we need to keep the playing field as fair as possible! Ignoring differences can pose a threat to someone livelihood and health. We can't look at child sports and apply the same mantras to adult sports.
“Some women are naturally very strong.” You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, “naturally very strong” as a woman equates to a very weak man. It’s not 100% the case. But if I were a betting man... lol

It’s like we are slipping back into the dark ages but instead of centralized religion dictating how we need to live and speak, it’s this twisted woke ideology

When I first started boxing one of my sparring partners was a phenomenal female boxer. She was a couple years older and ranked nationally as an amateur. After a few months of me training we were no longer sparring partners. She had boxed her whole life (I started at 16) and she was was 100% a better technical fighter than me. I was mediocre at best.. but at a certain point biology overcomes pure skill. It’s not “fair” but it’s reality.
Yes, I played college tennis, but I'd lose to a good high school male players and they sometimes trained with me. Even the Williams sisters have pointed this out. A male has a longer reach, taller height, higher muscle%/ lower fat%, bigger lung capacity, higher V02 max & cardio, stronger bones, more torque & power, more burst, faster reflexes, straight hips which give numerous advantages, no wide carrying arch (a feature of women's arms that's a disadvantage in most sports & is based on our evolution to carry a baby with our hip & arm), flat chest & rear which give better for balance & faster momentum changes among other advantages, 24h testosterone cycle rather than menses/ 28d hormone cycle, lack of menstruation = less anemia/ better hemoglobin & iron, etc. I could go on & on. Any serious athlete who denies all of this is being disingenuous

@@jasoncolleran2178 One time while i was training MMA we were holding these heavy large pads up for punching and kicking, i was matched with a woman. Anyway at some point she was not holding it down properly and it ended up hitting her in the face after i threw a relatively hard punch at it, she could not continue the training and within a few minutes was laying down on the sofa in the lobby due to that impact. To sum it up: She got hit by a secondary object that is not even that hard and heavily padded, and it took her out of the game, put this into perspective while matching men and women against each other in martial arts and it becomes flat out insane. From my perspective i think anyone that is taking the side that "transwomen" get to compete against women is at best a total moron, at worst a bad faith person that is willing to hurt anyone and everyone (as long as it is weaker than them) to get what they want.
One person I've been impressed with is the trans bodybuilder who says she will only compete against guys. She understands the difference in physique and is trying to compete in an area where she thinks it's fair based on biological factors.
There is also a trans dude that was forced to wrestle against women(and won). They wanted to wrestle against guys even if they had the chance to lose. Sadly everyone that went there was pissed at him and not at the school that forced it.
It's like putting a V8 in a go-kart, race against other 250cc go-kart & won every single race while saying it's not an unfair advantage because it's still a go-kart and not a race car.
Aba's explanation was spot on about trans biology. Preach taught me something about Nascar that I didn't know. I like their channel I learn a lot watching these guys!
He made a comparison to being a jet pilot that was incorrect. Jets are made to spec and the military selects people of a certain build to fit in the cockpit. F1 cockpits are customized to their drivers. I believe the reason there aren't more women is because of access, more so than body type. Cause I'd love to drive F1 lol but I don't have a garage or a team of mechanics or all the money. And even after you have all that you have to want to do that.
They give a different perspective and always something to think about! I don't always agree with them either, yet I have respect for them as public figures. There are not too many people who will put aside their pride and take accountability when they're wrong.
You can tell that Aba and Preach are talented, because they took a video that is a complete waste of time, and made it into 20 minutes of not waste of time. Respect for powering through it ;)
The most important thing to remember about this specific argument is that NO PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, male or female, is making the argument for letting males and females compete in the same sport. Plus, when the one guy says that female MMA fighters train with males to get better, he didn't even realize that he defeated his own argument by admitting that they get better by training with better athletes/fighters. Which are always male.
I remember having a similar conversation in class regarding whether or not sports should be mixed (men and women competing against each other rather than remaining separate). I said that I would only talk about individual based sports not team sports because team chemistry throws off everything. I said they should absolutely remain separate because men would win every single time. The class wondered why. I explained myself. I stated my knowledge of the history of sexism in sports. I stated world records. I gave anecdotal evidence from my personal experience. The class disagreed with me.
It is about taking the limelight away from women and making themselves keep the attention on them. It has always been about getting attention not so much equality.
I've seen roller derby numerous times including when it came to Jacksonville FL a couple times and I HAVE NEVER SEEN MEN COMPETE AGAINST WOMEN. WOMEN VS WOMEN AND MEN VS MEN. I have no idea wat cousin it was saying
“Some women are naturally very strong…” Yes, in comparison to most average women, someone like me (with broad shoulders, above-average height, and naturally good muscle tone despite lack of exercise) would be considered as the “other” he’s referencing. HOWEVER, if I were to square up to my husband, I know that he could literally break me in half because he is infinitely stronger than I will ever be *because if his testosterone.* The argument he’s presenting is utter bullshit.

It's actually infuriating, and ultimately pointless to watch.
Yeah, I fully understand how frustrated the guys were getting talking about this. It's the epitome of a "facts vs. feelings" argument. None of these are actually discussing the point.
Completely agree and it would be fine if it stopped at people just having conversations, but these conversations have now turned into action. The olympics has been pressured to act, colleges and businesses too. Women now have no choice but to accept that trans women are in their spaces. I was an athlete in high school and due to all my activities my muscle mass and body fat were on par with the males. I even produced more testosterone then most of the males. Even now as a consequence I still have more testosterone then my son's. However, I'm still very much female. In both high school and in the Army I held my own amongst my male counterparts. BUT even with the heighten testosterone, and muscles, I will never be at the same level as someone born male who has trained their whole life for specific skills. I can take the average male but never a highly trained one. And as far as the Army and my skill sets, I will never be able to do the job the way a man does it. I may still get it accomplished effectively and efficiently as a man, but in my way not theirs. Women who are the exception are able to take on most men. But men who are the exception will always out preform any biological woman even if she is the exception. It does not matter when he transitions to female. From birth he will always be geneticly disposed to be taller and bigger even before puberty. Boys in sports as young children, the really good ones who you know will go on to play collage or pro, even at 4 or 5 years old, are already much larger then everyone else. Or if they swim they already have that build. So even if they transitioned before puberty, they still already will out preform. I've seen 10 year old male basketball players taller and stronger then grown women. This can't be denied. And needs to be addressed and taken seriously.

So... It's really about talent and your natural tendency to fit well into that type of athleticism
Its because they aren't really athletes themselves and have never faced that barrier

they don't to the work they just want to hack the system especially trans women
Bc then they’d have to acknowledge the fact that men are men and women are women and can’t mix
Because they need validation at the expense of others.
i heard this same question and someone said there wouldnt be enough trans athletes to do something like that.
Women want equality when it benefits them
"Sports are divided by sex, not gender " such a great argument! You have defeated their argument with their own language and definitions! Well done!
exactly i never thought about it like that but if we separate sex and gender it still hold up.
@@idirbouchdoug1567 no
@@mxpofficial3443 funny that they let a trans man join a high school girls wrestling tournament and she won by a landslide.
I said the same thing lol
my reasoning for there not being separate categories was different.

Brilliant!
That is 100% correct hence why the WNBA no longer exist

I think the most awkward part about this entire thing is that they tried to change the definition of gender for their own benefit when the word was originally created so that people wouldn't have to say the word sex because it reminded them too much of the sexual activity. Back in the day that was considered inappropriate to talk about in public and that's why they came up with the word gender instead.

The count you are born with is the count you die with(typically)
Yes, an average women MAY be able to "dominate" an average male.
They are not ignorant, they are selfish. They don't care about anyone except themselves and their feelings.

The world needs more reasonable people like Aba and Preach.
When it comes to this conversation, I mostly see people who agree with their points, thankfully. Usually it’s the people that blindly support the Lgb*T*qa+ community that disagree. I don’t think there is anything wrong with supporting them, even if I have my reasonings to how counterproductive it is, I just don’t think that we should be disingenuous while supporting them.
We no longer have common sense, because it’s no longer common. Now we have to call it sense

Agree. Now extend that to larger societal outcomes outside sports to earnings being linked to natural talent and skill in addition to JUST what an individual puts in and don't get in the lefts way when they try to raise the floor of outcomes to blunt some of the unequal distributions of nature.

This level of stupid privilege can only exist in a first world country like ours.
Even worse than that. This is emotions vs hard evidence.
Thats all western society is now, emotions over logic
@Just Dope Are you okay ?
This conversation is EXHAUSTING! How is this even a question. There's a reason Oscar de la Hoya never competed against Mike Tyson. It's the same reason Laurel Hubbard destroyed women's weightlifting. If you want to compete as a transgendered person, create your own divsion. It took years to get women's sports where they are today. Now, you want to take that away from them? Fight your own battles instead of riding the coattails of every woman who put in the time and effort to get women's sports on the map. Stop stealing glory!
Those records made by biological men on womens sports need to be scrapped asap, its such a blow for the real females competing

They are trying in England, but the media over there is vilifying them as TERFs. Gotta take back the institutions of education and media 1st

I feel like exposing the disingenuous is as simple as asking them "why don't trans women want to compete with cis males"?
YES!
BOOST!! This exposes their hidden intentions! Thank you
LOL ! Yeah it's that simple . Wow I never thought of doing this .
But if I were a betting man... lol

After a few months of me training we were no longer sparring partners. She had boxed her whole life (I started at 16) and she was was 100% a better technical fighter than me. I was mediocre at best.. but at a certain point biology overcomes pure skill. It’s not “fair” but it’s reality.
Yup. Skill can only take you so far.
yeah anyone with a martial arts back ground will say the same thing .

The most important thing to remember about this specific argument is that NO PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, male or female, is making the argument for letting males and females compete in the same sport. Completely agree and it would be fine if it stopped at people just having conversations, but these conversations have now turned into action.
