      Dunno but I just checked him out. He's due out around April 2028. He was born 1953. He's 71 at the moment and he looks more and more forlorn through the years since 2005 (when he entered that particular prison.. I guess he'd been in jail till then).

    I'll never understand how anyone - let alone a devout Church-goer (as Miller supposedly was) - can think they'll live 'happily-ever-after' with a woman whose husband they've just killed in cold blood. Er, what about conscience? In this particular case, the widow double-crossed him, anyway, leading to his confession & both paying the penalty. Not very smart.

    I remember a similar case where the black widow wife got 30 years. Her lover and friend of her husband got life. An avid duck hunter, the two conspired to have him killed in the pretext of duck hunting.

    She had to have a few spare men hanging around because if one failed to do what she wanted to have done she needed to be able to pull in a spare. It's a shame that sometimes men are sleeping next to their worst enemy and they have no idea. I would love for her to have received a life without parole sentence but maybe, given how greedy she was, watching that 2-million-dollar insurance payment disappear was the worst sentence she could have received. She has proven that she is willing to have someone eliminated for money, so when she gets out of prison, if any man is foolish enough to become involved with this black widow, I hope he learns to sleep with one eye opened. The oaf who was dumb enough to do her bidding gets 25 years and the architect of the crime gets 7? That is just wrong! She should have received more than he did because he was just the tool but SHE was the one who instigated the whole thing.

    32:04 Guilty or not, no one should be vilified for hiring an attorney. I hate how so many cops make it sound like it's such a red flag. Law enforcement is legally allowed to detain and deceive you. Be honest, but decline probing questions, ask for a warrant, and seek legal representation if necessary.

    • @jamieb-mo3dl
      @jamieb-mo3dl 6 месяцев назад

      many a defense attorney is win at any cost, including lying or decieving s jury and will allow murderes to go free, knowing they are killers. Their jpb is to ensure a fair trial, not deception and lies to win. even if their client says to them "Yea muther f'r, I did it and i's do it again!" defense lawyers are already plotting s technicality, or simply just lie for their client. So you can hate the cops, obviously, but lawyers are just as sleazy

    Regarding the story where the wife conspired to kill her husband to collect $2 million for accidental death during the hunting season, the police did great work to discover who was involved in that murder. But the district attorney and the courts did a lousy job giving her only seven years in prison and she was behind the plan to kill her husband. What a disgrace someone orders the death of her husband and only gets seven years. We have police and detectives that do great work in discovering who the murderer is and yet our court system is so liberal and far left that they let these people get off with just a slap on the wrist. And that poor guys in a coffin forever.

      Its called white female privilege. There was a case of a bank robbery two guy did everything. One guy wasn't involved. Didn't order the robbery. Didn't participate in the robbery. Yet he got the exact same sentence as the robbers. Life in prison. If you are going to bw charge with accessory. Make it even across the board.

    For you churchgoing people, be sure your sins will find you out. Search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life. 1 John 3:8 says that he that committed a sin is of the devil. Your economical preachers won't tell you this. The reason why is because they live in a glass house. They can't preach judgment. God's people like judgment it helps them to stay true. Babylonians on the other hand they hate judgment. They're always saying don't judge me don't judge me. But you know what you'll have a judge at the end of time either after you die or if Jesus comes back whichever one comes first. You're supposed to take care of the same issue here while you're on this Earth. You cannot forward it. You need to repent of your sins and ask God to forgive you. Then you need to live righteously from there on out like the Bible tells you to do. Jesus says that if you love me you will keep my commandments. And there are people that are keeping God's commandments that have not sinned after they got saved. Some of them have been saved for over 50 or 60 years free from sin. God's grace is sufficient.
