Do you ever notice how the couples will be suffering a toxic divorce and the guilty spouse always says, "we were reconciling the night it happened" 🤣every time
They are sick
I find that it’s only about 1/4 of the time- usually it’s “we had a bad argument-he/she left- haven’t seen him/her since 🤷🏻♀️” such a tired, cliché bunch of bs.
Never fails, does it?
I must say if I was planning to leave I wouldn't let him know I'd go during the day
There’s some study where the day following a separation is the most deadly, dangerous for a woman
A man who would murder his mother over money. Gives new meaning to the word "despicable".
My mother-in-law took away my husband's inheritance that his father meant for him to have but thank God my husband was Not the Killing Type but he did die penniless and still struggling, in fact so am I. My good husband of fifty years is gone to heaven now. God bless him. I get by on Social Security living alone. We both worked 22 years on the Family Farms giving our Blood Sweat and Tears and ended up with his 80-acre inheritance stolen by his mother and his sisters.
If Henderson goes to jail, does the lady still have to pay rent?
@@dianawatton7570 my grandma’s inheritance was stolen by her own brothers once their mom ( my great grandmother died). This is after my grandma spent 5 years caring for her until she died.
@@dianawatton7570 This is so sad to read. 😪
Farking monster! He killed her. Now children are without their mother.
Chucking her in the river naked like that’s not suspicious af- honestly some criminals are so bloody stupid!!!
I know but it's just as well they are so stupid😳
This guy needs more practice.
Thank goodness they are, too.
Long time meteorologist, Harold Taft, on Channel 5 in Ft Worth always warned that it only took 1 inch of water over the road for a car's tires to lose traction and be swept away.
@Wreck and Carey I think the meteorologist ment aquaplaning
Well none of those guy's could be classed as criminal masterminds.
Yah, I laughed out loud when the one (Domingo Turo, Cuban immigrant,) in Ft. Worth said he may have strangled her when he was trying to save her from drowning. How did the interviewer keep from laughing at the vomit that guy was spewing out?! Notice in so many of these cases, the murderers kill people, and then think they're gonna sit there in the same jurisdiction and watch everything w/o getting caught! I would think crime rule number 1 is to keep moving; that is how all the notorious serial killers escape capture for so long.
I will never understand what makes a person think that they can demand that a person stay with them that does not want to stay with them. Then think they have the right to take that person's life because they don't want to be with them. A decision I came to if a person son husband whoever comes to a conclusion about you and they want to keep arguing let them go arm yourself and get away from them. Secure your house so they cannot easily break in. Don't fall for let's talk let's go to dinner be watching when you come out of the house. Never threaten about removing from wills or cutting of money just do it and don't tell them.
Poor Darlene.. the one time she allows herself to be alone with ex and this happens :/
Yeah it’s bad , don’t know why her family allowed her to go alone after her sister heard him threatening to kil her
why be alone with your ex?
I know you can't tell how a person behaves during a time of duress, but holding someone's neck to save them from drowning? This guy couldn't be that stupid, right?
YES, HE WAS....
I’m glad these murderers get caught…
32:10 "...from time to time a body would be recovered from that place" like this is a normal thing. Wtf kind of neighborhood is this where finding bodies is common?
That's a racist question
most of the united states
@@itsreallyjustmehere611 how is that racist?
@Opto Phobe, believe it or not body's usually are found in the same places, bec there are only so many remote locations left near cities. Also yes, some neighborhoods are actually much worse with finding body's! Scary out there
rural, little traffic, few homes, etc.
..@@itsreallyjustmehere611 ...........good grief ! get real.....you have issues....get help.....
I'm sorry for the elderly women she still had a life ahead and was turned to death by this person😭
HES NO. GOOD. KILLING. HIS. MOM
If I wouldn't be able to kill anyone, unless in self defense or defending the life of others, I just can't comprehend how somebody can kill their own parents, grandparents, children family members or any other loved one
See that poor Darlene and because of his stupidity the kids lost both parents basically so sad when this happens but as this show proves it happens more than we might think
I think they're better off w/o that father
Well, seems Erma Williams was right about her son. He was so lazy he didn't even clean all of her blood out of the carpet. Sheesh
We were always so protective of our grandparents and parents, nothing was ever going to happen to them. To see these videos
showing such horrible ends to lives of the elderly makes me crazy.
Honestly. I always say that I can't imagine losing my parents.too unimaginable
Yeah I agree,.we were naked and helpless in our mother's arms. This is pure evil.
@@edinacloud5968 Absolutely. The one who brought you in this world. If you mistreat your mother, you can't be trusted by anyone.
in the first case, the actor was old enough to be the husband instead of the son. They could have tried dying part of his hair to make him seem younger than the woman playing his mother.

The mother was 85 so the son would've likely been in his 60's, very late 50's at minimum. He'll, it's also Alabama so he could have been damn near 70 at the time.
@@kenyattaclay7666 Justifying the look of the actor by making conjectures that the mom could have given birth at 15 doesn't cut it. I have never seen an old person who looks older than his/her parents unless the latter is very sick. Aging is aging and grown children in their 50s or 60s would not look like the spouse of an 85 yr old. I don't know your age but look at your pictures every decade and if you reach 80, compare those pics with your 80 yr old self.
geez , don't have a sh** hemorrhage man ! its a lo budget tv show , take a pill and chill

Love these shows. Thanks for uploading. Grim subjects but it shows you how creative criminals are.
@ Laena. And how really dumb they are. Though they like to think they're clever. ..till their stupidity catches up with them. Best way to stay out of trouble, is be a decent, human being and don't hurt or murder anyone. That simple.

The acting in the reenactments is actually fairly well done on this series. Impressive.

I hope the children never have to deal with his family.
🧐It’s funny how some folks can have everything pointing to them as the suspect and remain free. While others are presumed guilty with little to no evidence and immediately be arrested....😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😕
most departments don't release info on evidence or suspicion
All this criminal master minds and criminal servant minds should be punished like this. Thanks to the police and forensic teams.
Why do people expect to inherit anything?
The murder victim in the first part of the video was married to her first husband for over fifty years.
Whatever money or other material possessions accumulated during that time is her's upon her husband's death.
Unless the son was left something in his father's will he isn't entitled to anything.
He should have worked to accumulate his own possessions instead of trying to live off what his parents accumulated over a lifetime .
Inheritance is a gift not something you should count on.
You should be happy that you were remembered by the deceased and be grateful for what you inherited.
But if you don't inherit anything it was the deceased decision and you shouldn't be mad about it.
William Egler I agree with you.
But it’s also notable that some people are stupid and they use “ maybe money” to try to bribe descendants into behaving better or even just try to use “ inheritance “ as a way of manipulating descendants. Which sometimes backfires....😮
Nothing divides families faster than money.

17:40 - the actor looks 85 _himself._
That’s what I thought
Yea I Think The Elderly Actor And Actress Do Put On A Good Act For The Cameras. They Actually Makes It Seem So Real When They Were Arguing You Know. As If They Didn't Even Realize That They Were Being Watched And Recorded By The Hidden Cameras.
In the last one, why did the husband's mother not leave the children at her son's house? She knew the childrens' mother would be coming to collect them in accordance with the Court Order.
Was she a conspirator with him in this murder? She didn't get on with Darlene. I think his mother did conspire with her violent son in the murder of her daughter in law, and she should have been charged as an accessory and spent years in jail as an accomplice. There was no excuse for her not to have brought the children back in time. I'm surprised the Police didn't question her.
I am surprised that Darlene let him get in her car, but it seems more likely that he pushed his way in when she said she'd drive to his mother's to pick up the children. I'm also surprised that she would go to his on her own: better to take one of her family or friends with her.
Incidentally, since the childrens' father was violent and abusive, why did the Law allow him to have partial custody of the children? He would certainly have been violent to them as well at some point, because habitually he turned to violence when he didn't get his own way, like so many men. People don't change and it always amazes me that anyone even believes that such abusers ever will change. He proved by this murder that he was a psychopath.
I hope the children hated their father and his family for the murder of their mother.
He looks like an old man compared to Janice's 20. He didn't want the responsibility of a child yet wouldn't let her go, what da fug?
He looks older than his mom in this re-enactment...LOL!
Last one shes face down in the ditch - if he could walk to get help he could’ve turned her over - dodgy af- just know he’s gonna have tried to kill her
My first thought....and it was obvious he was guilty as sin.

the Death Penalty needs to be used in EVERY state.
And to not take 30 or more years to get around to it. Only a small percentage of death sentences are actually carried out. Therefore, it won't serve as a deterrent.

Time and again people get murdered by ex spouses / partners - the one thing that would greatly help is ....................distance ................if leaving the state/city is not feasible keeping personal distance is possible. Picking up and handing over of children should be done via intermediaries (grandparents / siblings / friends) if that is not practical - make the exchanges in public places e.g. a well populated shopping centre. At no stage ever be alone with the individual.

Second case turo or whatever his name was He got 45 years it’s been about 20 wonder if he’s out
The last info I found on him, he had appealed the verdict about 3 or 4 times, the last appeal being in 2006 (it was dismissed because the statute of limitations for the particular type of filing Turro made had past before he'd appealed). In one of those, the verdict was overturned on appeal because the judge decided that the jury couldn't have found Turro guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt", but then a higher court (I guess the DA's office appealed the judge's ruling) and that judge ruled that the earlier judge basically had no business trying to second guess the jury's ability to come to a determination of guilt and so sent the appeal back to the earlier judge with instructions to be mindful of that. From what I could make out of it all, it looks like the case was retried, but the defendant was again found guilty (I think that was 1998). I couldn't find any inmate record of him in the TX DOC inmate search, though, which probably means he was paroled (the search only covers current inmates).
