This is by far my favorite book series. The writing is beautiful and the illustration is outstanding. It’s hard to imagine a future like WondLa’s without the pictures as well, because it’s all so intricate.

I'm 19 & found this book in the children's section at the library & thought it would be fun to read it to my 7 year old sister over the summer. she fell in love with it but i think i did way more than she did. The book is excellent, as someone who grew up with harry potter, i feel as if this book is actually one that can compare to its literary elements because its so well written & has great themes of friendship & finding oneself. I'm on the second book now. its so good.

The art style in this book series is beautiful and unique ... the art suits the texture of the pulp paper perfectly which brings out the unique grainy color washes and line works in a very vibrant way ... if anything I would buy the books just to admire the art printed on pulp ... this is how digital art can look very naturalistic like its done in real watercolor or acrylic ink, I wish more artists can do digital art in such naturalistic looking way ...

And the creature designs are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen in such genre, if made into a movie in the right hands, I'm sure it will rival anything we see in the Star Wars universe ...

way better than that hunger games & twilight crap. its got real genuine depth to it & such a brilliant creative premise & amazing characters. normally i don't like books whose leads are female characters but Eva is just so amazingly likable its refreshing. excellent series.

I love WondLa !!!! I just like the story too much but now there ain't a sequel for the 3rd book and Eva Nine's journey.... Ended.
