I've a feeder out my back and get legions of goldfinch and round 5 redpoll and just last summer I got my first greenfinch pair and just last week I saw a male siskin. Was overjoyed. I get the usual too, the coal, blue & great tits etc plud my garden robin but this year so far the siskin is the standout, comes back regularly but I'm prepared for him to disappear again by April. I've also got a male sparrowhawk regularly hunting in ,y back garden and I'm slightly worried I'm just creating a parlour for him.

My partner and me did the Big Garden Birdwatch and only had a very few birds visit the feeders during the hour, mainly great, blue, coal and long tailed tits. The irritating thing was is that we get greater spotted woodpecker, a pair of nuthatches, tree and house sparrows, green, gold and bull finches daily. I think they must've known it was the birdwatch! Incidentally, our cottage looks out onto a Suffolk wool church where a female peregrine has been all winter. Yesterday we saw a male. I hope they breed so much.

"Not to brag, but..." Hmm...🤔 How big is your garden then, Adrian? This video seems to be about him and his garden!
