Hey angels it's a Thursday uploadddd!! We're circling back to talk about colleen from No shame sales game. In my opinion, one of the worst dedicated MLM coaches... We're talking about some definitions, debunking some claims, and reacting to a training!!
Yeah Colleen’s page is truly unhinged. The lengths she’ll go to prove her point. From comparing MLM to Taylor Swift to Girl Scouts it’s insane. She also delivers this message with a general attitude of “if you don’t get it you’re just stupid”.
She's hoping they are. Easier to scam people out of money that way since she failed at selling MLM cr*p.
Anyone that tells you you're stupid for not believing them is someone to stay far, far away from.
As an introvert, I really appreciated your point of view about this. I have seen a lot of content showing "training" calls in which introverts are being bullied and shamed by their uplines because they aren't going live. Way to make someone feel like a total failure!
Also…. “Only talk to people you’re connected to. Don’t just randomly reach out to strangers. But also, don’t make excuses for why you shouldn’t message a person. Be direct, sell from jump don’t pretend to be their friend, business up front. But be engaging on your stories and build genuine connections that don’t have anything to do with the business” thanks Colleen
Colleen’sRihanna’s debacle is insane. She managed to upset people who usually praised her with her initial post. Then, she does a live stream on which she’s basically gaslight everyone who called her out, which is mostly her followers. Yikes. She’s toxic.

"Watch out for this MLM coach" is a good piece of advice for any coach too XD they're all kind of intense if they're past the 'beginner's stage'
The fact that you felt you had to acknowledge that mlmers and content creators are similar but not the same 😂😂😂 ive never felt the need to give content creators money. I love supporting their patreons, twitches, checking out their sponsors. But i do those things because theyve already provided me with content i love. Not because i think if i do those things, ill get something later
I really appreciate affiliate marketing from content creators I trust. When I enjoy a creator, I also like supporting them by using the links. No pressure, no hidden agenda. MLM’s are not the same. Do they think we are stupid? Oh wait, they do lol. 💥💥💥
From what I've seen, the only "no shame" on Colleen's page is her own lack of it; she's perfectly ok w/ shaming everyone else.

My mom was in a MLM (Paprazzi Jewelry to be specific) and her coach or whatever it was called was so rude! Like you’d be surprised how rude and controlling she was.

you're so right that people do so much in the name of "self development" but in reality its just conformity to the mlms standards. i also hate the "show up as an authentic human on the internet its easy babes" like some people are neurodivergent and literally appear like inauthentic people irl, nevertheless on the internet lol

She’s a piece of work.
Not all her advice is bad, but what gets me is the snide blaming of people who aren’t finding success. You’re just not trying hard/well/long enough. That’s where it’s predatory.
Colleens lack of speaking ability is kinda shoking to me if she's supposed to be a marketing coach for people. Lots of "ummm" and forgetting what she was trying to say which I'd be fine with but as someone who's trying to TEACH me how to talk to people?

I’m sorry but do these women live on mars??? Only talk to people you’re connected to but if they say no, move on. So then who do you move on to after you’re done with all the people?? Lemme guess, you have to build more connections with people with hopes in pitching them but not admitting that to yourself. This is so absolutely contradicting and ludicrous
It takes two weeks to get a pay check from a normal job, and even that can be tough. Their asking these women to go months without making money?!
This incoherent, rambling mess is what people pay $400 a year for? Colleen is the ultimate grifter, preying on BossBabes that are already being grifted by their MLM. And she’s not even GOOD at it. You can tell she knows zilch about Sales and Marketing.
She was as unbearable as other team leaders but not in the same way as other team leaders.
what is the appeal of working all hours of the evening up to midnight?? they never heard of rest from wokr? thats why i love a nine to five. when youre off work, you dont do work! why do they keep harping on their hours like its a good thing. sounds like a nightmare to me!

I’m extrovert & introvert. Like it really depends on my anxiety and other mental health things for the day and situation. And I freak out before posting ANYTHING even to my Etsy, my FB whatever (as a real LLC not MLM)
She seemed to automatically assume the person asking about ‘showing up’ hadn’t given it any time when she said ‘give it 90 days’. There are people who put in a year of hard work and still have nothing to show.

Every mlm tells its prospects, that training is included and free through your upline. And yet, many mlm coaches are making big money, selling info that should is supposedly free. This is a red flag, that the industry isnt delivering on its promisses.
I think she should rename it SoLameSalesGame…so hard to listen to her 🤦🏻♀️🤣

I am a streamer and I have people come in my dms who want me to test out their games or equipment. Not once did they say for me to buy it.

Colleen’s seemingly no-nonsense confident approach is why people fall for her ridiculous claims. Why they pay someone to be so condescending to them, though, is a mystery.

This is so stupid.. she’s describing the methods to building a following to become an influencer. Which you can do without joining an MLM. If you’re gonna do all this stuff on social media and build a following then you can just make money doing that you don’t even need the MLM.

Hi Isabella! Love listening to your channel :) You said you like constructive criticism so I have a question/critique for you. I'm confused by the swearing on your channel. When do you swear, when do you block it out, and when do you avoid it? I've been watching your videos out of order so maybe I'm missing something, but is there a reason you sometimes blur out your swears? (I don't mind the swearing, just asking about the apparent inconsistency)

I do not appreciate her trying to target left handers, as if the world isn't (rightfully so) designed to work well for right handers but inconvenience left handers. I'm not complaining, we are the minority so it makes sense to not always cater to us but I do not appreciate her targeting us.
As to why MLM consultants can’t do real marketing, it’s because they’re the customers for the company, not the marketers. Marketing involves brand design, development, and cohesion, building brand awareness and brand loyalty, etc. Consultants are pay-to-play salespeople. Marketing is so far outside of their wheelhouse it’s funny they think they even have any marketing to do. At most they can develop a personal or team brand a la JLW or WFABB. But they literally cannot do marketing for Monat, Paprazzi, Seint, etc because the corporations have marketing departments already. There’s nothing left for the consultants to do

Please show us the percentage of income you make from your own personal sales - versus your team/or your "business coaching" consultancy.
Please, please, please learn what an introvert is. Introverts are not shy or antisocial. We need alone time to recharge our social batteries, whereas extroverts get their energy from BEING around other people. That's the difference. Introverts can be just as outgoing and social as an extrovert, particularly when it comes to public speaking. We just need time afterward to recharge our batteries. I can be a social butterfly in the moment and then go home and not talk to anyone for two days.

Tell me you don't know what an introvert is without telling me what an introvert is. This woman took a broad generalization and is completely incorrect. Introverts come in many shapes and sizes. Normally, introversion and extroversion are based on how one recharges. Not . . . Because they are quiet.
I really suck at using social media for my business. I’ll admit it. I am someone who needs to learn more about marketing for my business, so I should be in her target audience.
1. She clearly only cares about MLM success, not sales. Nothing she posts has ever made me feel like I am someone she wants to help.
2. She makes me more frustrated about using social media for sales. She never has real advice nor does she take the time to LEARN anything new (reference the reels question in this video). It’s all just garbage regurgitated from random things she’s seen online during her scrolls or bullying anti mlm people. It’s never real facts or advice on how to be successful in sales, which would actually be such a helpful platform if done right.
I'm not sure how to say this but... This coach is like a teacher that doesn't want to or knows how to teach. Like she got the job via connections and just needs a steady income so she keeps coming to work. Not a lot of confidence with what she's saying nor a lot of worry about how the instructions are conveyed. Doesn't sound convincing at all. Idk who listens to her.

I said it on her reels and I will say it here. I do not believe in MLN business model. However, I really do not believe she would be considered controversial if she was part of MLN world. I worked in sales for seven years and many of her sales techniques are very mainstream. Working in sales and marketing can be plain hard work and slimy sometimes. I am starting to feel bad for this woman though. She being cyber bullied and she has countless of hate videos about her on the internet. Like, she is not Beyoncé and she has like 110k followers. 🙄
